Looking for a picture or diagram on where the horns high/low are located ? The how I can remove them ?

So i've been searching for ways to remove the bumper/door chrome trim to change to black but cannot find anything about the b5 or 5.5. What i'm trying to do is get the chrome to black but cannot figure out a safe way to remove them to either wrap in black vinyl, paint or just replace with black strips. My horns aren't working. I'm getting power at the horn fuse, but no power at the horn connectors. Where is the horn relay located? Is it in the fusebox under the hood? There are many relays, but none of them labeled "horn".

My horn isn't working. The under-dash fuse is OK and was going to check the horn relay, but can't figure out which one it is despite numerous FTE and Google searches. I pulled the cover on 2 power distribution boxes under the hood, driver's side. One box has 2 relays. The other has 4. Which one controls the horn?
Then...how do I test it to see if it's good/bad?

My horn suddenly stays on when I hit the horn and it doesn't beep when I lock the door with the key fob. Only way to turn it off is to shut off the truck. I thought it may be a faulty horn relay. So I am reading through my manual for my 3 day old non-nav R32. My dealer told me where the AUX jack is (I have a non iPod MP3 player), but I don't see anything in the manual about how I get it to work. Not that I have tried yet, I need to go and get a male-male stereo jack first. But I don't see any button on the non-nav stereo in the car that points to enabling the AUX jack.

So it's Christmas Eve, fresh snow and an empty parking lot but I can't figure out how to turn off VSC. I held down Trac off for 3 seconds for the "Off" symbol to light up on my dash. Took my engine cover off and now trying to snap it back on and I can't seem to find the points where it clicks back into place. The top middle has a latch but my bottom half especially the right side is loose and I can't figure out where the snap into place points are.

I went to an independent repair shop to try and have my rain sensor and window up and down by remote(vag) he got the vag tricks to work but the alarm wouldn't respond.

When I start the ignition, the horn goes off for about 1 or 2 seconds. While engine is on the horn is not operational (I press and nothing).
