I have a 2006 GS 430. I have been receiving these to messages off and on for about week. Just took it to shop and they informed me I needed a speed sensor (front right wheel) and a ABS Actuator.

Lexus GS 2006-11 :: 3GS 430 ML Sound Went Out
My sound in my GS went out today. I can see everything functioning on the head unit but the DSP button has disappeared and my eq only shows bass and treble no mids. Also the grid where you control fade and balance does not show the yellow line. I've been thinking about a full audio swap speakers amp sub so tell me what I'm looking at here.

I got few item hook up to my car
1. Blackvue dashcam with magic box, (1 front, 1 rear + parking power adapter)
2. V1 Radar Detector
3. 4.2amp dual USB charger.
With all those device combine it shouldn't draw too much power no. I am no electrician but my 15AMP fuse keep going out and its a hassle to replace them every now and then.
Lexus GS 2006-11 :: Oil Consumption Is Too Much
My 06 lexus gs 300 has about 155000 miles on it and still running strong. Its been very reliable but my concern is has anyone ever had their GS use a lot of oil? It seems like my GS is using a lot of oil. I checked under the hood and car and there are no leaks at all. Also I use 5w 30 penzoil and i change my oil every 3000 miles. Also are brakes easy to change on this car?

I ran into this problem on my 2006 GS 430. It was caused by the lights beginning to wear out. It started on my left bulb and then both started doing it. The info was a great as originally I thought it was the ballasts. These are very expensive and hard to change.
One other word of caution, make sure the car is off for at least an hour so the high voltage in the ballast dissipates. These bulbs operate at something like 50,000 volts and that will definitely stand your hair up.
Lexus GS 2006-11 :: How To Clean 3GS Leather
I want to use leatherique on my GS, but I'm afraid of clogging the perforations and somehow losing the cooled seat feature, if you don't know about leatherique you basically massage in one oil and leave it on a hot day, then come back and clean it off with the other cleaner oil that comes with it, I used it on my old 2GS and it worked unbelievable, made my car look almost factory new, got rid of most of the creases. Also what do you do for little things stuck in the perforations that won't vacuum out? I just don't wanna use some liquid cleaner and get it in the holes.

Today I spent an eventful day at the dealership getting oil changes on my IS300 and my GS430. After leaving with my gs430, my Tpms light came on. So I went back to the dealer and they ran a check to confirm it is the Tpms. My service guy didn't tell me which tire went out but I'm planning on getting rims in a couple of months. Should I just order order a new set of tpm sensors or just find out which needs to be replaced and replace it

So after patching my exhaust 2 times previously i finally gave in and decided to do it right this time....
I replaced the entire pipe from the cats up with a new piece that was fabricated to exact spec and no heat shield.
My car still sounds like its leaking from somewhere.
When I was using seafoam not too long ago, i notice that the car was smoking from the passenger side underneath the hood close to the back of the engine compartment...
Is it possible to get a hole in the manifold? or maybe bad manifold gasket?

ive been meaning to change my spark plugs cause I had gotten an error code for a misfire but it seemed to go away.now some time last week I was kinda racing a friend of mine on the highway was doing like about 80-90 mph when the check engine light came on and the check VSC and the car started like sputtering. so I was thinking ok great the misfire is happening again, but this time it was different it would stutter at low speeds before it would stutter like around 70 mph. so I parked the car ordered new spark plugs when I went to change them one of them had oil on it and the ignition coil. it was the one closet to the front of the car on the passenger side. my question is what could cause this to happen.

Now that I've got my owner's manual, I've read about the cluster mode, like it changes tint or shade on the instrument cluster glass.....or something like that. I've tried pushing the mode button in my car and the display reading shows it changes from Auto-Lo, Auto-Hi, Manual 1, and so on. However, I don't see any difference......like nothing's happening. I brought the car over to the dealer for some other stuff and asked them to check on it. Report states "no problem found" meaning it's working normally. I still don't see anything working when I tested the car last night. what exactly is this?

So my screen has been acting up for a while now...not too sure why. I have an '08 350 without navigation. From time to time, the screen will automatically go off regardless of what's being viewed. I took a look and fooled around with some settings (the auto transition from climate to trip or whatever you call it) even tried pushing the screen off button in hopes it would reset or clear the problem. It's just annoying because I have to constantly re-awake the screen only to have it happen again moments later...
