I am looking for the part number for the ABS speed sensor mounted on the rear differential for my 2000 Ranger XL 4x4 3.0 flex fuel model. I am also looking for the name of the part so I can look it up on the ford parts site. while looking I have found these names ABS speed sensor

I had my truck in the shop and they did a health check, they found these codes po500 - cluster fault and the abs module fault
Ford Excursion :: 2001 - Fog Lights Quit Working With Parking Lights On
I have a 2001 Excursion, 6.8 V10, with the factory fog lights.
The fog lights worked fine, until a few days ago until they suddenly stopped working when just the parking lights are on.
I can still pull out the switch, the indicator light does not come on but the parking lights still work. When I turn it to the headlight position with the switch pulled out everything comes on and works like it should.
I tried checking the fuses but I didn't see one labeled in the manual for the fog lights so I don't know for sure which one to check. Could I possibly have a bad switch?
Ford Excursion :: CEL Came On / Code PO303 At First 1000 Rev
Okay I bought this 2005 Excursion with a V-10 in it. Got it home and the CEL came on. PO303, @ first 1000 rev. Okay so I changed all the spark plugs, swapped the number 1 and number 3 coils, same code, and as a last resort changed the injector also. Ran it 65 miles bam lights back on. Same code I'm at a lost of what to do. What are my next steps to take to fix this?

View 13 RepliesFord Excursion :: 2003 - Contribution Code With 8 New Injectors
I have an 03 X with 225k on it. I put 8 new injectors in it because I was leaking fuel into the engine oil. I got them from dieselogic from ebay in Jacksonville FL. 4 of those were leaking and they warrantied them. Then 2 of them were getting contribution codes and they would not warranty them because they said I had fuel contamination. They did not send them back to me either. I got 2 more from advance auto parts. They were working fine. For a little while. So now here is where the problem is. I was getting a cylinder 1 contribution code. So I swapped cylinder 1 and cylinder 3 injectors. That code is gone now.
Now I have cylinder 4 contribution code. I swapped 4 and 6. Still have cylinder 4 code. When the engine is cold it runs perfect. When I drive it for about a mile or so and come to a stop sign it's still running perfectly. While I'm at the stop sign it's like someone flipping a switch and then the misfiring starts. And no codes until the "switch" is flipped. Ficm measures 48 to 48.5 at all times. I don't see any chafing of wires. And I forgot to mention that I had a leaking fuel into the oil again. Ran another dye test but did not see any signs of leaks this time. But that was after I swapped injectors around. Could have been leaking from the orings. I can't can't figure out this misfire. So I was thinking compression test next but why does it run fine when cold?
Ford Excursion :: Gas Gauge Not Functioning / Code U1262
Last time I filled up was Friday and the gas gauge hasn't moved. When I shut the Ex off it goes back to the bottom so I know the needle isn't stuck. I'm also getting a code u1262 from the instrument cluster that wasn't there last time I checked so I'm assume it's related. Where to start troubleshooting?

Replaced alternator it was bad when tested
Replaced OSS - the voltage on this when running varies in the 1.3 - 1.7 range.
What should the ohm voltage read? What would you try next?

I changed the bulbs in my fog lights as the older ones were very dim. Went to fire them up and nothing. tracked down the fuse under the steering wheel (43 I believe) and it was blown. replaced the fuse, still no fog lights. Checked new fuse, and it is fine. changed it with a different one (you never know) and still no fog lights. Is there a separate fuse/relay somewhere else that I may be missing?

What would cause the running lights to not turn off? The door ajar light is not lighting up so would it be safe to assume that it isn't a door ajar problem? The interior lights are on as well but I have already done the interior light switch mod and changed them to LEDS so my battery draw will be a lot less. The running board lights do turn off after about 45 minutes though.
My overhead console backlights do not turn on and the rearview mirror isn't lit either since last week but I do not know if the issues are related. The Lie O meter still works fine though. What fuse it is? I would like to pull it till I get this resolved.
Ford Excursion :: Gauge Lights On And No Start
Wife got home from work the other day with no problems and then a couple hours later tried to go start excursion to leave and battery was dead. I tried jumping it only to find out that once the battery started getting juice in it the gauge warning lights started to illuminate. Wouldn't start with being jumped so put the battery on charge for a couple hours and still no go. Took the battery into napa and they tested it and said it was bad.
Put new battery into it and am still stuck with the same problems. Hook the battery up and no key in the ignition and the warning lights around the exterior of the gauges are lit up. This is all on a 2000 v10 excursion. Up until now we have not had any problems with this truck. Wife daily drives it with no problems.
Ford Excursion :: No Start / Only Click - Lights Don't Even Dim
I have a 2000 ex 7.3 and a couple of days ago I had the batteries die on me. Quick boost and it fired right up, drove it around for the rest of the day no issues at all. Yesterday I had a really hard time with the first start of the day, turned over slowly, but caught itself and fired up. I plugged in my OBDII adapter and fired up Torque on my phone and saw that I had 14.3 V about 30 seconds after the truck started. Took my father to pick up his car about 10 mins away, shut the truck off, and again, it turned over slow, was a hard start.
Drove it around for about 45 mins after that and everything seemed great. Today it won't even start...the WTS light comes on, everything sounds and seems normal, then when I go to start the truck it just "clicks"...Turn the headlights on and try to start it, and the lights don't even dim. So I checked and cleaned the battery cables and the starter cable...still no start. What it might be? I'm hoping that its a ground somewhere but wouldn't know where to being looking..
