Camry 2012+ :: How To Remove Map Light Assembly
I have a 2016 Camry SE.
How do I pull out the map light assembly? The whole thing not just the bulb covers.
I tried pulling from the rear but it won't budge and created a crease in my headliner.
Is there a certain way to pull it down? I don't want to damage the headliner anymore since it's not even a week old yet.
Camry 2012+ :: Clicking Sound When Turning - Front Drive Shaft Assembly Replaced?
On my 2012 Camry XLE with 22,500 miles, just had the drivers side drive shaft assembly replaced, under warranty. Was getting a clicking sound when turning. Not too happy, car comes off warranty in September. They also updated computer on a recall for the torque shutter.
Then he tells me I need an oil change (was just done, oil shiny clean). He said oil looked dirty. Also said I needed a fuel injection cleaning (at 22.5k?), and new tires. OEM tires are garbage. Wheres the Toyota quality and integrity?

How to remove the center (upper, right above the radio) dash vent assembly on an '04 Passat (I assume many other years would be similar). I have a rattle/squeek in there that I'd like to address. Sliding a credit card in between the vent/dash provides some improvement, so I'm thinking if I could get the assembly out and shim and/or lube it I might be able to resolve the problem.

I just bought a '12 Camry SE. However, the belt line molding (shiny trim piece below window) is dented in. How can I safely remove the piece without damaging anything? I may be able to knock the dent back out of this piece after removing it. Any specific tools required for removal? If I purchase the new molding from the dealer it will cost about $100, which I would like to avoid.

My 2015 camry front dome light switch is broken. This is the push type light. I am not sure how but today i was trying to turn the light on and noticed it wasn't turning on. When i opened the lens cover to switch the bulb i noticed the button was missing and the other side has a button. I don't understand why the light will not turn on when i open the door either. I tried sticking some thing small in to the broken part where the button used to be and it turns on if i do that, but i would have to hold it in place which is pretty inconvenient. What can i do to fix this? it seems like i have to replace the whole overhead assembly. Is there a cheap fix? i would be happy if the light comes on when i at least open the door.

So looking to replace the passenger side front LED fog light assembly as the one that's currently on the car has a bad seal or something and lets water in. I have a new LED assembly but I'm lost with how exactly I'm to get the new part in. I've searched for diagrams regarding the replacement of the part and found one diagram that said the front bumper had to be completely removed from the car but I find that a bit hard to believe... I need to replace the front passenger side wheel hub unit on my 2012 F250 4x4 120,000 mile reg cab truck. Its been a while but I did one on my 2000 F250 without any problems. There should be a few clips inside the hub that hold the looking hub and shaft together, right? Do I need any special tools for this job? What do the bolts need to be torqued to?

I want to not only upgrade to LED lighting, but I want to add to the single bulb fixture found in the center dome light (between the front and rear seats).
I can get the cover off OK, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the fixture itself. There are what appears to be press fit style plugs (similar to what you would expect in a door panel) but there is also half-slots making it look like one side pops out and the other side slides off the mounting plug.
How to remove it without breaking it?
