I think I have thrush. Iv got white discharge, around my clit also, that comes all the time, it also smells quite bad. I also have little spots on the top of my clit, plus when me and my boyfriend have sex it smells really bad... is this thrush?

I keep having a lot of thick white or yellow discharge. Sometimes its so much i feel like i peed myself. I do not have an std because i've been with my boyfriend for two years and we are both std free. I have had yeast and bacteria infections before. It doesn't really smell. About 9 months ago, May of 2013, I began having a burning feeling (in where I believe is) my vagina. This ONLY occurred during the first day of each period cycle. Starting in November 2013, the burning lasted all day every day each period cycle. Now it is February and the burning does not only occur during my periods but randomly (after a shower, when I sit down ext..) This burning intensifies a lot when I urinate or have bowel movements. Other symptoms I have encountered are; itchiness, sharp pain (like something is inside, possibly extreme pressure) in the vulva, a feeling of thick excretion from my vagina during my periods, loss of appetite/extreme appetite, somewhat frequent headaches). Also, I am not sexually active and never have been.
To take action I now change bed sheets once a week, only cotton underwear, loose clothes.

I have always had a problem 'down there' since a young age and was told not to worry about it my symptoms include discharge that ranges from white to slightly brown and lately a very strong smell. What alarmed me was something that happened three months ago. Lately it turned out that i had little sensation in the vagina canal area and my clitoris ended up being very painful if it was stimulated too much. I've never had this problem before with my boyfriend and i haven't read about anything like this happening where the vagina ends up being sore and little sensation? I have recently seen my gp and she said it could possibly be thrush and gave me a course of Flagyl ( metronidazole) and a Clotrimazole cream that i apply outside of the vagina and inside via an applicator.

I was having some bleeding for about 3 weeks and it is being investigated now. I had ultrasound, biopsy (awaiting results) but I am just looking for my options. If they find something bad in the biopsy of course it looks like a hysterectomy. But if nothing shows I,m still stuck with the thick lining and bleeding. I have heard horror stories about the ablation, and I have heard its not a good idea with a previous C-section. My doctor thought I may be lacking progesterone or in fact estrogen dominant. I am currently taking progesterone to help with the bleeding for 10 days. It is working well and I feel great, and other symptoms I was having have stopped. Anyone have a D @ C with or without hormone therapy and did it help. I am 47.5 years old and if I can just coast for a few years until menopause I may be able to avoid a hysterectomy.
