Orthopedics :: Shoulder Pain, Work Is A Lot Of Lifting With Upper Body
I am 22 year old male. My question is why does my left shoulder and right should hurt. The right one is the worse. It pains from the top of the shoulder, down around to the back of the elbow. It's been happening for around two months and hope I don't need surgery. I've been bmx riding for over ten years. I've never badly hurt my shoulders before so it can't be a old injury aggravated. But I work delivering gas bottles that requires a lot of lifting with upper body strength. I've been doing that for nearly three years but I've never had previous problems during this job. So I hope I can get help, as it affects my work to a point but not serious yet. I can't ride properly anymore, and I need to sleep on my back.

I am 31 years old and had a vaginal sex with a girl of unknown HIV status using two condoms at a time. It was my first sexual encounter. I ejaculated twice and both times I used double condoms as I changed after first ejaculation. Both times the condoms seemed to be intact and I could see my semen inside the condom. It's almost over 28 days now and since the past couple of days I have developed almost all symptoms like pain in the back (I have a history of L3 compression and pelvic hairline fracture in 2007), cough with something in throat, body ache, night sweats, hot flashes throughout the body, had stiffness and pain in the back of neck, not visible swollen lymph nodes , had two time kind of diarrhea today.
Since the day after this exposure I was panic stricken with stress and anxiety and cannot sleep at all with insomnia like features and wake up at 2 or 3 or 4 am in the morning due to all sorts of weird thoughts.

I know this question may have been asked before but I'm really stressed out and i need some reassurance. Yesterday I had an erotic massage that involved body to body. She applied some oil to her body and mine and sat in my lap with sine grinding for a minute or so. Her vagina touched my lower shaft and scrotum and it only lasted about a minute or so but there was no penetration. She was 35 and seemed healthy without any visible herpes symptoms. I know there is a risk of contracting herpes in this fashion but how high is this risk? I am terrified and not sure what to do.

Like many others here, I am in rather deep despair. Although I have a girlfriend, I went to a body-to-body massage parlour. The masseuse rubbed her body over my body, using also her vagina (along my legs, etc.). I fingered her, mostly on the outside, but also briefly on the inside. Although our genitals did not touch (except perhaps incidentally very very briefly), I am very concerned about STDs. What are the risks? How long should I wait before having sex with my girlfriend? There was no oral, no visible sores, often a few seconds of digital penetration, but she certainly touched my penis after having been in contact with my finger that was inside of her (not immediately).
I would be very grateful for any advice/words from experience with this sort of thing. Has anyone here received an STD in this way?
Uneven Breasts (C Cup And Other A Cup)
I am a young person and this has been bothering me for 2 years now. My right breast is a C cup whereas my left is an A cup. My mother is aware of this but has given me no advice. I really just want a way to make them look even until they naturally even out themselves.

I'm wondering if some of you have experience with this. I had my second hip done on Wed. Jan 20, about 7 weeks after the first one. When I walked following surgery, it felt like my right foot was going into a hole with each step-- That there was a significant difference in leg length. Everything else went fine although my dressing is larger than the first time. Surgeon wasn't at all defensive when I saw him the next morning. He listened to my concerns, said he thought legs were good and told me to give it 6 weeks for swelling to go down and that it usually resolves.(No mention of why there was so much more swelling this time.) I came home Thursday afternoon and am keeping ice on it and doing exercises. It maybe has changed a little bit but whole hip feels so lumpy and bumpy and it's as if I can feel the new joint inside which I never did before.
I like and trust my Dr. and intellectually I knew it might be different this go round but it is disconcerting nonetheless and makes me fearful and blue. I have no stomach for additional surgery.So, I know it's premature but I am seeking reassurance if anyone has lived with this.
Breastfeeding :: Uneven Breasts
I have a forteen days old baby. I am breastfeeding him. I have always had big breasts. During pregnancy it was 32 G. Now suddenly i feel one breast has become softer and smaller! The other one has become bigger and engorged. And uneven breasts are noticeable. How do i even it out? And after breastfeeding will my breasts go back to its original size? I don't want a perky or tight breasts. Small but sagged one will do. Tired of having heavy breasts and with uneven breasts my back is aching and my posture is gone so bad. Neck Pain is too much. Does anyone know why this could be. I've only recently started retracting my foreskin (I'm 18)- and have noticed my meatus is swollen at the bottom, especially on the left side. It is so swollen that it sticks out. I can't retract my foreskin back far - I think this is because I have a very short frenulum (aka banjo string)- so I was wondering if the aggravation is because my frenulum is pulling the meatus. My meatus doesn't sting or burn although it is very sensitive.
Btw-it's definitely not an std & my penis doesn't have a lot of discharge or strong foul smell.
Scoliosis And Kyphosis :: Feeling Uneven Shoulders
I have felt uneven for years. My mom has been diagnosed with scoliosis, and my doctors have checked me at every yearly appointment since I was 12. I feel uneven (like if you were to draw a line down the middle it wouldn't be equal), one shoulder (right) is higher than the other, I have neck/shoulder pain, and I feel like my right side of my ribs press are farther away from the midline, like my left side is pushing them over. I feel The only thing is that I am overweight. So I am wondering if it possible for the doctors to have missed it. I am 19 and I am afraid I am going to continue on without answers or being taken seriously. My parents and friends don't believe me. Is it possible I can feel scoliosis from the inside (the uneven feeling I have)?

i'm having this issue since junior high that i have uneven shoulders that cause massive confidence breakdown with me, all shirts look weird on me and im definitely feels shy to open my shirt in a pool. starting now i intend to bulk more muscle to achieve a better posture and fix these issue for having even shoulders and muscles for the long run. do you guys have an advice or any members here that have this same issue so i can have someone to relate to? I have had a chronic cough for 4 weeks now and still coughing. Just yesterday after I coughed, my right side rib was hurting alot. It hurts to move, breathe, and cough. The pain also goes to my back on the right side and up to my armpit. Is it possible that I have cracked a rib from coughing too hard?
