HIV :: Protected Sex, Unprotected Oral - Seroconversion

I know this has been asked in some form or another over the various forums, but I just had to ask myself and share my experiences and symptoms that have been raising red flags with me recently. Looking for expert analysis/advice/opinions.....

8/10 - Had protected sex with sex worker, condom stayed intact.

Gave unprotected cunnilingus to her for 5-10 min, no bleeding or sores on vagina nor on or in my mouth.

Kept my tongue around the clitoris and very entrance of vaginal opening but less than 1/4 inch inside.

She was sort of a squirter and climaxed, i accidentally swallowed a gulp of vaginal juices.

8/13 - 3 days later got a sever sore throat, lost voice, no noticeable fevers or weakness. (red flag)

8/15 - Urgent care said not strep or bacterial, probably viral, gave antiseptic gargle and said to ride it through.

8/16 - hip joints get soar, noticing mild weakness and fever-like sensation but no fever (yellow flag)

8/22 - Throat almost normal, got voice back. Saw same sex worker again but this time she had several little round bandages on her arms, neck, and back. (red flag) She said she broke out because of something she ate but i was skeptical. Had protected sex and unprotected oral for 1 minute, no swallowing of juices this time. ( I know, i'm a horny idiot)

8/24 - Had severe herpes outbreak on penis. (Had herpes 20 years, however recently with meds and vitamins the outbreaks are mild, usually one or two blisters. This time was a full blown cluster, like my immune system was busy fighting something) (red flag)

8/27 - Went to free AIDS clinic. Took finger prick HIV test, came Negative but has been only 17 days since suspected risk. Clinic said possibly HIV infection might have happened and to definitely come back every month for 5 months to test.

8/28 - Mysterious scratch on my right arm just below my shoulder, didn't injure it at all. Where'd it come from? (yellow flag)

8/29 - Scratch turned into purple crescent shaped bruise the size of a quarter. Never had that before anywhere. (red flag)

8/30 - Weird square shaped bruise on my back, but may have been from sleeping on something in the bed.

8/31 - Herpes cleared up, usual scab scars remain.

9/3 - Had unprotected intercourse with wife

9/6 - Wife getting severe sore throat, cold symptoms, similar to what I had on 8/13. (yellow flag)

Also my weight has dropped from 189 to 180 since initial incident on 8/10 (perhaps because of guilt and worrying? Or something more sinister?)

Bruise finally starting to fade but still there.

So due to my adulterous debauchery with the details and timeline given, what are my chances that i may have contracted HIV? (Definitely / Probably / Questionable / Doubtful / No Way)

Am I having symptoms of seroconversion? Or some other ailment might have befallen me?

I will be testing again next week, and again in 6 weeks. But it sucks because you have to wait so long to get a conclusive reading. I sooo don't want to spread this to anyone if I have it.
