Prius (Gen 1) :: 2003 - No Heat On Driver Side?
I have a 2003 Prius and I am having problems with the heater inside the car !!!!! I have nice hot air blowing on the passenger side of the car, but on the drivers side I have cold air blowing on me....does not seem to matter if I change it from defrost to the face vents..still cold on the drivers side but warm on the passenger side? Car does not have separate controls for driver and passenger so.? Any flap somewhere which is not opening and where it may be located.

My wife drives a 2010 Hyundai Elantra with a 5speed manual trans with about 40K mi on it . We purchased the service maintenance package that covers all scheduled major and regular maintenance. A year ago they replaced the head gasket because they discovered a small oil seep. Well a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the heat is fine on the drivers side and blows cool on the passenger side. This is a problem particularly when defrosting the windshield.
When she brought it in for the next scheduled service a couple of days ago I asked that she mention this problem to the service people. Their response was "we need to do a cooling system flush which would not be covered by the service contract" to the tune of a couple a hundred bucks. The coolant is the transparent green it should be due to it being changed one year ago so I have my doubts about it being the heater core.
Ford A/C :: 2011 F250 - Heat Only Blow Out Warm On Passenger Side / Cold On Driver Side
Just had the truck in the dealership for a bad blend door/ heater core case. Heat would only blow out warm on the passenger side, blows cold on drivers side. Dealership replaced the case, heat works normal on both sides now. It was a little warm out yesterday so i turned on the A/C, frosty cold on passenger side, warm on drivers side, temperature does change when i select different temperatures (dual zone.)

I have a 2007 Santa Fe that will only produce heat on the driver side of the vehicle. It does not have dual climate control. So I changed out the heat control actuator and it did not work. I manually moved the lever and still nothing. The air will go from all sections perfectly.

Here's the situation: Just crossed over 30k miles and the Driver's side seat does not heat up. The passenger seat does work, and gets pretty warm when turned up any further than 1.
I did some searching and found some general info about similar problems in other MkIV's, but nothing specific to the R32 seats. (The warranty was for 4 years/50,000 miles, which ever came first, and VWoA will not cover our seats under the MkIV Recall.) Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Swapped switches - No difference.
2. Checked the fuses and verified that I have power to the switches
I tried to check for power at the Green connector under the seats, but got nothing for either passenger or driver's side. What should I try next?
If I check the resistance of the element in the seat, which wires do I need to check? Is there another connector under the seat I should check?
Lexus RX 2004-09 :: No Heat On Driver Side - Can't Adjust Temperature
This is a 2004 RX330. Unable to adjust temperature on driver side.
Symptoms - may appear to be defective heat or defective A/C on driver side only (depending on the position of the mix damper).
Solution -- replace mixer damper assembly servo (this controls the mix of hot and cold air on the driver side). This is a dual climate control, so each side has dedicated dampers.
So, if unable to change "where" the air coming out, the damper with the red arrow would require replacement.
If unable to control the temperature, the damper with the blue arrow would require replacement.
I will post pictures, after I repair my own. I'll be replacing the damper with the blue arrow.

Camry :: Heat Only On Driver Side / Cold Air Blowing In The Rest Of The Car
I have an 2004 Camry XLE which just had the coolant flushed. Now I only have heat on the driver side. It blows cold air in the rest of the car. Temperature runs normal. Antifreeze is full. I can get more heat if I recirculate from the inside rather than bring in air from outside. It is zero in NY. Car never heats up on HOT!

I have a 2004 Windstar that is nor behaving well. It seems to run ok for the time i have had it. Mileage not showing, error code for cam shaft sensor (It has been replaced), passenger window works intermittently, no display on stereo, Heat blows on drivers side while the AC blows on passenger side, Electric doors work sometimes.
Like i say, it drives ok but won't pass emissions and too many erratic problems to sell it. My independent mechanic thinks its the computer and said take it to ford. Cant afford for them to waste hours shooting down individual problems if they are all related.
Passat (B5) :: 1999 - Heat Only Comes In At High Revs / Driver Side Window Won't Go Down
Alright i got a 1999 Passat 1.8t, that I just did a new head gasket, turbo swap on and FMIC, the problem is that the heat only comes in at high revs and at speeds of 35+ and it's getting really annoying now with it being winter and I leave my car for 10 minutes in the cold and come back to see the whole interior side of the glass is frozen..
Also, my driver's side window will not go down, theirs a clicking noise you can hear when I press down on the switch?
Ford F-150 (2009-2014) :: No Heat On Driver Side No Matter What Temperature Is Set
I have an '09 Plat SCREW with the dual zone climate control. No matter what temp I set I'm only getting cold air out of the drivers side IP & floor vents as well as the two rear facing vents in the top of the center console. Since I'm out of warranty I'm wondering if there's anything I can check or fix on my own without taking it into the dealer.

I sent my T in last week because I was not getting "cold" air out of the passenger side vents, at least not as cold as the drivers side. The Dealer has acknowledged the problem but is having a hard time (with wvoa) finding a solution. They've returned the T to me until they can find a fix, hoping to keep from removing the entire dash.
I ran some tests of my own this weekend. When in ECON mode, both sides put out the same temp; only when the compressor is on do the temps vary. I have heard gurgling in the dash since I bought the T and when in ECON the gurgle goes away (compressor is off).
Question: Could the system be low on frion (or whatever coolant)? Are there two separate evaporators for dual zone? I'm thinking (hoping) yes on both. Maybe one evaporator is getting a full mix of coolant and the other is not......could this be the gurgling I keep hearing?
I'll bring the T in tomorrow and ask them to recharge the system if any of you agree with this theory. I hate to think the dealer will have to rip the entire dash apart to fix this situation.

My 2009 silverado ltz is haveing heating issues. when you first start truck all work fine. After a couple min the drivers side vents loose heat and blows cold air. the heat on the pass side works fine. then the vent will change to defrost even though the display still shows its on vent. the only way to get it back is to mess with the vent control. then it will last about a min then back to defrost. at this point i just turn it off. Periodically, I hear this "clicking" in the driver's foot well area. It sounds like its coming from somewhere down there. It sort of sounds like its a click-ON, then OFF... repeats a few times then stops. Comes back. Then stops. If you know what one of those dog clickers sounds like, that's what it is. I have tried to associate it with something but I can't. I thought it was the heated seats but nope.

I have always has a lot of wind noise from the b-pillar on the driver's side (not passenger) over 80 mph... and it's not coming from the mirror...
I think I remember something about a vent or breathing hole in the b-pillar that's supposed to be open...but when covered causes wind roar at elevated highway speeds...
Touareg :: Driver Side Headrest Won't Stay In Down Position
The driver's headrest on my 07 V10 will not lock in the down position. The buttons on the side of the headrest only release from up to down. After a day of driving it works itself up and is annoying. My dealer looked at all of the 07 Touaregs on the lot and they all were the same. My 04 V8 never had the problem of working itself up.

Having the problem of when the A/C is on about 1/2 way (3-4 bars), you can hear a kind of turbulent whistling noise behind the drivers seat? I think its coming from the drivers side passenger vent that's in the B pillar.
At first I thought it was a fan motor that was going bad, but was informed by the dealer that there is no fan there. They thought it might be a duct not making good connection with another duct and air escaping.
My dealer is clueless (of course) and said that they could not find a TSB on this problem.
