Touareg :: 2003 - Driver Side Won't Heat Up At All?
We bought a new to us 03 Touareg in October last year. Throughout the winter the heater worked always on the passenger side (left side, I'm in Scotland) intermittantly on the drivers side. After having the a/c on (yay!) a few times this summer. Now when I switch to heat, the driver's side doesn't heat up at all, although the passenger's side seems to be working fine.
My husband has promised me he will have it fixed for the real winter coming in and I think he's beginning to sweat cos he's having a hard time finding just what the problem is!
I tried checking out the a/c threads on here but everytime I click on the link, I get the 404 message that it's unavailable. Also the passenger seat heats up fine but the drivers (that's me, the wife lol) seat only works sometimes.
Hyundai - Elantra :: Heat Blows Hot On Driver Side And Cool On Passenger Side
My wife drives a 2010 Hyundai Elantra with a 5speed manual trans with about 40K mi on it . We purchased the service maintenance package that covers all scheduled major and regular maintenance. A year ago they replaced the head gasket because they discovered a small oil seep. Well a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the heat is fine on the drivers side and blows cool on the passenger side. This is a problem particularly when defrosting the windshield.
When she brought it in for the next scheduled service a couple of days ago I asked that she mention this problem to the service people. Their response was "we need to do a cooling system flush which would not be covered by the service contract" to the tune of a couple a hundred bucks. The coolant is the transparent green it should be due to it being changed one year ago so I have my doubts about it being the heater core.
Ford A/C :: 2011 F250 - Heat Only Blow Out Warm On Passenger Side / Cold On Driver Side
Just had the truck in the dealership for a bad blend door/ heater core case. Heat would only blow out warm on the passenger side, blows cold on drivers side. Dealership replaced the case, heat works normal on both sides now. It was a little warm out yesterday so i turned on the A/C, frosty cold on passenger side, warm on drivers side, temperature does change when i select different temperatures (dual zone.)

I have a 2007 Santa Fe that will only produce heat on the driver side of the vehicle. It does not have dual climate control. So I changed out the heat control actuator and it did not work. I manually moved the lever and still nothing. The air will go from all sections perfectly.

Here's the situation: Just crossed over 30k miles and the Driver's side seat does not heat up. The passenger seat does work, and gets pretty warm when turned up any further than 1.
I did some searching and found some general info about similar problems in other MkIV's, but nothing specific to the R32 seats. (The warranty was for 4 years/50,000 miles, which ever came first, and VWoA will not cover our seats under the MkIV Recall.) Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Swapped switches - No difference.
2. Checked the fuses and verified that I have power to the switches
I tried to check for power at the Green connector under the seats, but got nothing for either passenger or driver's side. What should I try next?
If I check the resistance of the element in the seat, which wires do I need to check? Is there another connector under the seat I should check?
Lexus RX 2004-09 :: No Heat On Driver Side - Can't Adjust Temperature
This is a 2004 RX330. Unable to adjust temperature on driver side.
Symptoms - may appear to be defective heat or defective A/C on driver side only (depending on the position of the mix damper).
Solution -- replace mixer damper assembly servo (this controls the mix of hot and cold air on the driver side). This is a dual climate control, so each side has dedicated dampers.
So, if unable to change "where" the air coming out, the damper with the red arrow would require replacement.
If unable to control the temperature, the damper with the blue arrow would require replacement.
I will post pictures, after I repair my own. I'll be replacing the damper with the blue arrow.

Camry :: Heat Only On Driver Side / Cold Air Blowing In The Rest Of The Car
I have an 2004 Camry XLE which just had the coolant flushed. Now I only have heat on the driver side. It blows cold air in the rest of the car. Temperature runs normal. Antifreeze is full. I can get more heat if I recirculate from the inside rather than bring in air from outside. It is zero in NY. Car never heats up on HOT!

I have a 2004 Windstar that is nor behaving well. It seems to run ok for the time i have had it. Mileage not showing, error code for cam shaft sensor (It has been replaced), passenger window works intermittently, no display on stereo, Heat blows on drivers side while the AC blows on passenger side, Electric doors work sometimes.
Like i say, it drives ok but won't pass emissions and too many erratic problems to sell it. My independent mechanic thinks its the computer and said take it to ford. Cant afford for them to waste hours shooting down individual problems if they are all related.
Passat (B5) :: 1999 - Heat Only Comes In At High Revs / Driver Side Window Won't Go Down
Alright i got a 1999 Passat 1.8t, that I just did a new head gasket, turbo swap on and FMIC, the problem is that the heat only comes in at high revs and at speeds of 35+ and it's getting really annoying now with it being winter and I leave my car for 10 minutes in the cold and come back to see the whole interior side of the glass is frozen..
Also, my driver's side window will not go down, theirs a clicking noise you can hear when I press down on the switch?
Ford F-150 (2009-2014) :: No Heat On Driver Side No Matter What Temperature Is Set
I have an '09 Plat SCREW with the dual zone climate control. No matter what temp I set I'm only getting cold air out of the drivers side IP & floor vents as well as the two rear facing vents in the top of the center console. Since I'm out of warranty I'm wondering if there's anything I can check or fix on my own without taking it into the dealer.

Just got my 2012 Prius from the body shop. Got hit in the rear where the starting battery is.
Had window control problems since battery was replaced.
Problem is that the driver-side rear window can't be controlled by the driver. It works fine with its own control but not from up front. The light on that windows button is not lit like the others. When pressed it lights and when released it blinks a few times and goes out. I unhooked the starting batter to try and reset things with no luck.

2004 Prius. When the brakes are applied, the passenger side brake light (LEDs) is dim compared to the driver side. Are the LEDs just dying a slow death? I always thought LEDs either work or don't.

I have a 02 Prius and the driver's side brakes are wearing twice as fast as the passengers side. Some times if I have to stop quickly the brakes pads continue to apply pressure on the rotor when the brakes are released. After a little drive they seem to go back to normal. Late last night as I was puling up to park in front of a dark restaurant, I turned off my headlights so I would not blind the people inside. This is a 2010 Prius III.
When I left and tried to turn them back on, only the drivers side parking light (the small white one above the headlight) and side marker light worked. Passenger side nothing works, however on both sides the high beams do work.

Just started experiencing an AC problem. First started with diminished cooling and airflow. Checked the filter and it was dirty, so replaced it. Airflow is completely restored however the air from the drivers side vents is significantly warmer than the passenger side vents.
