I have a 2010 LX and the third row seat on the driver side got stuck in folded position. Warranty on these parts is over.

I have a 2009 Tiguan. The passenger side seat warmer does not work. The driver side seat warmer works, and apparently adequately.
I know, using the multimeter, that the connection between the control module (under the driver seat) and the harness on the passenger seat is intact. However, I cannot detect any voltage coming from the control module to the passenger seat.
Looking for a wiring diagram showing the 8-pin configuration of the control module and the respective plug? I want to see if there is current coming from the seat warmer switch, but there seems to be two same-colored wires (likely representing the left and right [driver and passenger] circuit) and before I start poking around with the multimeter, I want to be sure what is what.
Also, I assume the seat warmer has a thermostat. Any guidance about determining the correct resistance?
Tiguan :: Underseat Module Cover For Passenger Seat?
I have a 2010 Tiguan. Under the driver's seat is a vented cover that hides the module (not sure what it is). The cover slides over the module and dresses it up. The passenger side does not have one. I believe the bluetooth module is located under the passenger seat. Does VW make a cover for under the passenger seat? I tried to locate it in the parts diagram but have and no luck. Not sure what it would be called either.

135 plus pound passenger with seat belt on. Was intermittent on/off with passenger but now seems always off (off light 'on' ) meaning the passenger airbag is disabled.
I know the es350 was so bad like this that there was a threat of class action. I've read the weight sensor is in the passenger seat rail and you can also do a calibration with a scan tool.

I don't usually have to drop the rear seats for storage... So the other day I push the drivers side "60%" seat down and it clicks into place. Sweet. I go around to the other side of the car and.... the passengers side rear seat does not lie flat. The bottom doesn't move at all. And I'm thinking, um, did it ever?

My Tiguan seems to have a quirk where after getting into the vehicle and adjusting the seat position either with the switches or holding one of the numbers (1, 2, or 3), there is absolutely no response. After driving for a couple minutes, the power seat controls magically come to life.
This happens maybe 1/10 times I get into the vehicle. I am adjusting the seat with the vehicle in park. If it doesn't work, I have to wait a few minutes and am able to adjust it while in drive. The controls work while in either park or drive 9/10 times.
I am trying to reproduce this more consistently before bringing it to the dealership otherwise there will be no fault found and I'll look crazy!
Tiguan :: 2010 - Muffler Noise And Very Bumpy Back Seat
I recently took a ride in the back seat of my 2010 Tiguan and noticed that the muffler noise is loud enough to cause headache on long rides. Also I noticed that the back seat vibrates a lot with any tiny imperfection on the road while the front seat you barely feel any vibration on rough roads. Is it only my car?

I have a 2009 Tiguan and after my car sat out overnight in a heavy rain I noticed a very odd thing today. Like normal the car smelled a little musty, something I've gotten used to after a rain. But I think I've found the cause. I hit my brakes hard to try to stop the squeakiness (another normal quirk after the rain) and I heard water running in the back seat. I looked back and saw water running on the floor beneath the passenger back seat. I hit the brakes hard again while looking back and watched it pour out of the other side beneath the plastic strip beneath the seat. I pulled over and looked and there are these little black channels underneath there where I believe the water came from. What are those and where is that water originating from? Is this normal?!

Is it possible to VAG the Tig seats to be able to automatically move back when I open the driver side door so there's more leg room to get out and also move back to last driver seat settling once you start the car? Just picked up my new 2011 Tiguan High Line today and after I got home I realized that the driver power seat does not work. Is there a way to reset it myself? Or I have to go to the deal again to have them do it?
And also, the fog lights do not turn on. I tried to turn on all the light while vehicle is parked in the garage, but everything works except fog lights. I referred to the Owner's Manual and pulled the nob out, turned it to the required location, but nothing happens.
Tiguan :: Engine Cut Out Completely Without Warning
My mom called today, frantic, telling me her Tig died twice in less than ten minutes and she couldn't get it restarted. The first time the Tig died, it happened without warning. The engine cut out completely, but still had electrical power. When the engine died, the only lights on the dash were the CEL, EPC, and generator lights (all of which normally remain on with the key in the "on" position without the engine running). She was able to restart the car immediately without issue and started driving again. Within two minutes, the Tig died again, but this time lost all power, including electrical, without warning. When she tried to restart the car again, there was no power whatsoever. Volkswagen is towing the car now to a dealership.
I have a few questions for the community, though. First, the car is a 2009 (purchased in 2008) and it has just over 34K miles on it. It's an SE non-4motion. I just got off the phone with VW and they're covering the tow, but the bumper-to-bumper warranty is expired by one month. What are the chances VW will diagnose and repair the vehicle under goodwill? This is our fourth VW we've owned since 2005 and one of two VWs we currently own. ALL of our cars have only gone to VW for service.
Second, what could be causing this issue? It seems pretty logical to me that it's strictly an electrical issue, but past that. The car won't get to the dealer in time for diagnosis today, but I'll know something midday Monday.
Tiguan :: 2011 - Oil Pressure Warning On MFI
I have the 2011 Tiguan SE FWD. It happened 3 times so far- when I turned on the car BEFORE I started the engine, there was a oil pressure warning on the MFI display, something like "Oil pressure low, check owners manual". As soon as I started the engine, the warning went away. I changed my oil all on schedule.

So two weeks ago the Tiggy threw and EPC light while I was up in the mountains, twice. I took it in last Wednesday for service and according to my service tech, the parts needed for the throttle assembly have to be ordered...and not only that, but the part is back ordered.

The ESP light to come on while cruising on dry pavement and then the burnt bulb light to come on. They both stayed on until the engine is restarted. I had 3 incidents with the same behavior so far in a month and they stayed on for the duration of the trip.

Wife picked up this basic model for my daily driving to work. It does not have MFD or compass but a simple display menu. Recently I encounter some trouble on tire pressure and TPMS triggered. I was told to reset it by myself. Unfortunately, mine is basic S model and there is no MFD or reset button in glove box. Manual said using MFD. Any way to reset without going to dealership on Tiguan S model?
