Caravan/Voyager :: 2003 - Water Leak On Drivers Side Footwell
I've fixed one source of water that was leaking into the passenger side footwell via the insulation surrounding the A/D drain line, but I still have a leak on the drivers side after a rain, and it's strange. Unlike the leak on the passenger side, this one is not coming along the firewall - the firewall is bone dry. The water seems to be coming vertically straight down, landing on the floor mat, but I can't tell where it's coming from. Not only is the firewall dry, but so is the carpet on all sides of the puddle that collects in the rubber floor mat.
Also, I haven't been able to create the leak by spraying water on the van - I washed it today, for example, and not a drop came in. But we had a light rain last night, and there was a puddle on the floor mat (good thing it's rubber) when I opened the door this morning. I've stuck my head up under the dash immediately after I had found water on the floor mat, but can't for the life of me see any sign of wetness above the location of the water on the floor mat.
And yes, I've cleaned out the drain lines under the cowl in front of the windshield. Where this mystery leak may be coming from?

So I'm trying to remove the rear bumper cover on a '15, but it has been a royal pain. I went in thinking that the procedure would be similar to what it is on the '14, but it is way more involved. The biggest issue I'm having is removing the large plastic triangular side bracket. It has these weird T-nuts fastened to the body, which you cant remove, and the whole thing looks like it would need to slide upwards to get it off, but you wouldn't have enough room because the shape of the body just gets in the way.

I recently bought the PriusLock and I just cannot figure out how to remove the lower dashboard cover. I remove the 2 screws as directed but cannot seem to get the lower cover to come lose ? I took the plastic cover in front of the radiator off to clean the radiator and condenser. It directs air through the condenser before it gets to the radiator and I was wondering if it would cool the engine without it (if you don't need real cold ac air) . Without it the air can go over the top of the condenser and it is still blocked by the flap that stops airflow above the radiator. Also, I am wondering if the fact that the condenser has nothing in it affects the radiator cooling, and is it bad for the AC system to be empty. (My AC doesn't work)

I need to get the HPOP reservoir top cover off so I can drill/tap a gauge probe into it. I see torque-head bolts, and a few long bolts that go all the way down into the HPOP.
Unfortunately I cannot get two of the torque-head bolts out because they only un-thread several rotations before the heads of the bolts hit the edge of the fuel filter canister/bowl.

I have a 2013 FX4 with the 3.5 twin turbo engine. How to remove the right side valve cover to replace the gasket? I have loosened the perimeter bolts and was able to get it to move slightly but nothing more. I also removed the spark plugs thinking that they might be holding the tubes which are connected to the valve cover by round seals. I have not removed the seals since I was concerned that I might damage them. Do they need to come off? If so how do I do it? It's amazing how complicated this job is! Short of calling the dealer service, I have just about exhausted all my usual tech resources.
