Prius V :: How To Remove The Center Console Cup Holder Drawer
I have a 2012 Prius V, and somehow A tin of Altoids has fallen behind the drawer, (hidden drawer) of the center console. How to remove the drawer to access behind it?
I can't see any catch or release to trigger releasing the drawer. I also think accessing it by opening up the whole console from the top is risky as the EV, ECO, and PWR mode buttons are wired into it.

The little folding drawer/shelf inside my console popped loose and when I took the car in for scheduled maintenance, I asked the service dept to put it back together. They advised me that after trying to fix it for a while, it could not be repaired.

Just picked up a pretty nice 2002 sc430 today. On the drive home I realized all the dash backLights are not lighting up. However the The radio and climate control unit do have a dim backlight working but is stuck at one level of illumination.
Like most cars the all dash lights should be very bright during the day and when you turn on the headlights they should all Dim down. ..... Not on this SC.
Makes no difference what position the headlight switch is in....Nothing changes or lights up

The little Dimmer does nothing either when turned all the way one way or the other.
Fuses? I am not sure what to try.
Sonata I45 (YF - 2011+) :: Headlight With The Dash Blinking Like It Jumping Back And Forth
My 2011 sonata here recently start acting up. When driving at night, the headlight with the dash will blink like it jumping back and forth. The the switch is set on auto. Almost as if the sun was coming out then they switch to night. It will do this several times.

I have a 2014 ecoboost F150 xlt. Yesterday while driving the dash display just blinked off then back on. Truck continued working normally while the screen was off. Only happened once but it was fairly worrisome as it was at the start of our 5 hour return drive.

1997 Expedition ... I've looked through quite a few 4X4 issue threads and haven't seen my issue described yet ..
When in 4X4 high most times all is well but every once in a while the lights on the dash will flash from 4X4 to 4Lo then 4AWD then settle right back where it should be at 4X4. I don't think that the front axle is being affected as the truck doesn't seem to fall out of and then back into front axle lock.
My guess is that this is an electrical issue but will get to the bottom of it and report back.

Ok so my friends '06 automatic was making this horrible thumping noise. So I replaced the DR side axle assebly. Still thumping , so I replaced the the passenger side...STILL THUMPING!!! A few weeks back I started noticing the driver's side headlight would go out when I started up the car after work. If I drove it around & restarted about 10 mins later, the headlight would come back on, got sick of that after a week so I replaced the bulb and the same thing happens. It happens only when I leave work, any other time it's fine, even went on vacation for a week w/out any probs. The only thing I can think of is the heat from sitting out on the parking lot all day does something, what might be going on?

My wife takes the car to work today and three blocks away from the house, the car shudders and shuts off won't turn back on.
