Accent RB (2012+) :: Broke Off 4 Tabs That Screw Fog Lights
I ran over a curb on the passenger side and somehow broke off all 4 tabs that you screw into to hold your fog lights in place.
How to fix this issue without replacing the bumper? I don't have any cracks in the bumper but I do have scratches on the bottom of the bumper.
I don't suppose I can get this replaced under warranty can I?

Was trying to remove the licenses plate screws today. One comes out easily, the other won't budge. I've sprayed a couple of times with WD40 but its still stuck.

I was attempting to open the underbody shield(s) to replace my transfer case fluid. Unfortunately, the front screw has sheared off. Part of the screw body is still inside, while the head fell off.
What to do? I was hoping they were more robust. Maybe that's how most screws are in the winter-exposed areas.
Ford F-150 - 1997-2003 :: Sensor Broke In Cylinder Head?
I have a 1999 Ford E150 4.2l. My cylinder head temp sensor was dangling but still connected to the sensor... the connector was loosed from the filament but was still connected by exposed metal pins.
I figured I would replace it like i did to my ECT by the Water Pump. So I pulled the connector out and it started to leak...a little. and when I put the socket on it I instantly broke the sensor flush with the Cylinder Head.
I researched on here and found many people believe the CHT gives info to the Dashboard Gauge and the ECT is used by the ECU. I thought that was correct because I had ECT readings from my scantool...and my Dash Gauge never worked. When I found the dangling CHT I figured it was never working.
So I JB welded CHT hole. figuring i would fix it properly later. I replaced the ECT and expected everything to go back to normal.. No gauge reading on dash and a scan reading with no codes.
I want to replace the CHT sensor properly. Do I HAVE to remove the manifolds. Or do you think its safe to drain the coolant and drill it out. Its easy access. Im worried about all the tiny pieces getting into narrow passage ways.
I am almost 100% going to drill out. Manifold sounds like hell and its getting cold. What sensor controls what? Can I drill it out safely?

I have a nissan altima 2001. I have 128,000 miles on it. I have fully paid for the car. While climbing a steep hill at 2nd gear, the engine overheated, and I seem to have broken the gasket. What are my prospects? Should I put a new engine, should I fix the gasket or should I abandon the car?

Well i had an exhaust leak on this F250 and so I started torquing the bolts on the manifold to the head. (45 ft.lbs) A couple were very loose so I was thinking "Great, this may fix my problem!"
My first mistake was probably the Harbor Freight Tools torque wrench.
I am on the driver side, second from the rear and then bang! I see a gaping hole where the bolt used to be. Bolt on the floor. I cant see up in the hole to the head, I think it broke flush with the head.

Lexus RX 2004-09 :: Random Vibration And Noise From Under Body Near Engine
For the past month or so, my RX has been making this weird vibration and noise from the under body near the engine (maybe transfer case?) It is usually when it's cold and at low speed. But sometimes it does it even when the engine's warmed up for couple minutes.
I did change the transfer case fluid and rear differential about 3 months ago. Not sure if this is related.

I can't open my 04 F150 Screw drivers side rear door. Darn it.
I just replaced the rear speaker in my drivers side rear door and when I re-installed the rear release door handle I must have missed the cable engagement. I closed it and now can not open the door.
The handle is installed, the screws (loosened) will not come out, the lower door panel is installed. The upper two snap on panels are still off. so I have access to the top latch but not the lower end.

My GX had developed yet another issue. To start off my car has an exhaust leak presumably at the head. Thats what i been told. This condition would throw a P0430 code ( catalyst system efficiency below ) once or twice a week, which id just erase with my plug in tool. Im not sure if the new developed issue is related to it, but now the engine is running rough especially noticeable between 1000-2300 rpm. Feels like misfire. When driving i can feel a drone or a frequent shake if rpms are in that range or when unloading the motor and rpms are dropping. No codes! Timing belt was changed at 90k miles car has 150k now. Not sure if its due for another one now and this can be the cause.
