I have a 200 GMC Jimmy SLE and I am trying to program the new FOD key for it. I followed the listed instructions here [URL] .... and here [URL] ..... but it will not enter program mode.
So, is there another method to try to get it into program mode? I have looked here and else but the only other instructions has to do with pre 2000 series blazers.
Ford Super Duty (1999-2016) :: Cannot Get F250 To Enter Program Mode
When I bought that '99 F-250 SuperDuty, it only came with one key and one keyfob. So, I had another key made (no chip in key, btw!) and ordered 2 more keyfobs.
I've followed the instructions to the letter. I cannot get the truck to go into 'program mode' to program the new keyfobs.
I've also ordered (and received) new door locks, ignition 'lock', since the key to start the truck doesn't work in the doors. Strange.
Anyway, the original owner said that he had to have the ignition 'lock' replaced and he lost the door keys.
What is the proper way to get this truck into 'program mode' so that I can program all 3 keyfobs?

Recently, I've been looking into making a copy of my ignition key for my 2005 Camry SE. I bought a blank on eBay, had it cut to fit my master key, and it works fine for locking and unlocking the doors. However, since it is a Transponder Key, apparently I need to program it in some way to use it for ignition.
I've been looking all over for instructions on how to do this, and have tried this commonly repeated method, with no success:
1. Simultaneously depress and release brake and accelerator pedals 1 time.
2. Insert an original Master Key into the ignition but do not turn it.
3. Within 15 seconds depress and release accelerator pedal 5 times.
4. Within 20 seconds depress and release the brake pedal 6 times and remove key.
5. Within 10 seconds insert New Key into ignition but do not turn it.
6. Within 10 seconds depress and release the accelerator pedal 1 time.
7. Now sit and wait for about one minute until the security light in the center counsel stops blinking and turns off.
8. Remove new key and depress and release brake pedal 1 time.
9. Test your key now. It should work if you followed the instructions. If not, you may want to try the following instructions:
To reiterate, these instructions have not worked for me.

Camry :: How To Program Key To Work With Remote Starter
I just bought a used 2009 Camry, which has a remote starter installed, but my key will not operate it. From what I understand, the original owner lost the key that was programmed to work with it, and the replacement key does not. I have four keys: one is entirely metal, one is black plastic with no logo, one is black plastic with Toyota logo, and the last one has all the buttons which pop the trunk, and remotely lock and unlock the vehicle. I tried using the key with all the buttons to remotely start the car, but nothing happens.

I just bought a 2004 Phaeton V8. So far, it's great.
But I'm having trouble with programming the Homelink garage door opener. The instructions in the manual are the same as other cars I've owned - hold down buttons 1 & 3 until the light blinks, then press the button you want to program while also using the remote you want the car to learn. But when I press 1 & 3, no light begins blinking - I can't even find the light on the panel!

GTI with DSG has delay in downshift (in D mode), especially with lower gears and speeds. I find it very annoying when I try to suddenly accelerate and the car does not move for few seconds-- RPMs go high up, engine is making noise but car does not move immediately. I have noticed this mostly in traffic when i need to change a lane and accelerate right away.

So I was driving kinda hard yesterday on the highway, and it was about 80 degrees outside. At some point in the drive, I got no boost from the turbo at all (my gauge also was showing no boost).
