Sexual Health - Women :: Anal Sphincter Bump After Shaving
I have a bump on my anal sphincter. I have no stds, have never had anal sex, and I have never had a hemorrhoid. I hope I do not have one so I would like more information. It just appeared about a week ago. I did shave down there the night before and had sex that night but its a normal routine so I don't understand why I have it. Could it be a cut from my razor that could have gotten infected because of friction? But its not white. Same color as my skin. Could it be a pimple? I don't see a head anywhere on it. Is it a hemorrhoid? I haven't done anything different that would cause that.

I am a 43 year old woman who just recently had sex with a much younger man. He had a very large penis. I have not had sex in over 4 years and the sex with him was extremely painful and I bleed excessively and continued spotting for a couple of days. It was bright red and it was everywhere. Now I have been on the Depo provera birth control shot for at least 6 years. And I have not had a period the whole six years. I understand why I bled but not why so much? Was it because of my age? And I believe the pain was due to not have had sex in years. And another thing, it has been a week since we had sex and I constantly feel like I have to pee, which is now a different shade of yellow and I have an abnormal yellow colored discharge. There is no painful urination, no itching, and maybe just a slight smell nothing strong.
What the heck is going on? Did I catch a STI? Do I have a yeast infection may be due to the excessive bleeding? Or is this something that may just go away soon? Could it be due to my age, nearing menopause and the fact that I have not had sex in over 4 years?
Sexual Health - Women :: No Pain But Bleeding During Intercourse
For the past year I have had bleeding during intercourse but never any pain. I have been told I could have endometriosis and or pcos. I have had bacterial diagnosis and uti off and on for years but I think now I'm having a constant infection that won't go away. I've seen different doctors and they don't seem to be concerned about the bleeding and can tell me what's causing it. It's alarming to me because I know it's not normal and shouldn't be happening all the time during intercourse. I have no pain with it and always plenty of lube. Also I just recently had a saline sonogram that showed nothing. Please what else can they do to figure out what's causing this and should I just let it go untreated?

On a Friday night, I had intercourse with my boyfriend. I noticed pain starting on the right side of my vagina. The next day, the right side was very sore. I went to work, and started having symptoms such as shivering, weakness, nausea, kidney pain, and ovarian pain. I was also suffering from constipation. Today(Tuesday), there was more blood when I wiped. Could I have a ruptured cyst or could something have torn inside of me?

I've had this one vaginal sore for months now. Sometimes it's healing well then it opens back up again with blood and sometimes pus. I find it really hard to stop this cycle. It's on the far left, so that every time I walk, my upper thigh rubs against it and irritates it. Taking a shower will soften any healing tissue, rendering it useless. Then there's the fact that the area is just naturally moist, so that will also soften the healing tissue.
I clean it and administer neosporin if the wound opens. Sometimes I try to cover it with a band-aid but... ouch. Usually, I try to keep it covered with some sort of gauze, but that doesn't work out well because it moves around.
Does anyone have any advice for getting this thing to heal?

I'm a 42 year old guy, have a skinny build but healthy and young looking for my age.
Every so often, about once every 2-3 months or even twice a month, I have a wet dream or nocturnal emission during sleep. These are usually accompanied by a sexual dream and I always ejaculate in my sleep then wake up soiling my pyjamas. I had my first nocturnal emission when I was almost 16 although the frequency was greater then than what it is now. I don't really mind having wet dreams and apart from making a mess I actually quite enjoy them, but are they still normal in men my age as I thought that usually these episodes petered out after the mid-late 20s or so? So I've had some itching for a few months, and back in March I was tested negative for STD's. I've noticed some itching again, some days worse than others and some days not at all, and on Tuesday I grabbed a mirror and saw these bumps and just about had a cow.
