Sertraline :: 10th Week And Feeling Sick / Tired Again
Been on Sertraline 100mg for nearly 10 weeks and I had two good weeks before entering week 10, now I feel sick, tired and have difficulty eating and focusing on TV etc is this a blip like I had before, Dr doesn't want to change meds or up dose.

I’ve been suffering from depression and have been on several anti depressants during past two years and most of them didn’t really help or I got bad side effects - like when I completely lost my appetite while I was on Prozac. At the moment, I’m on sertraline (Zoloft) and I’m experiencing weird side effect, if it is side effect. It seems that throughout the day I’d get strange feelings of confusion, something like my memory getting blurry - I can’t remember some specific word or date… it’s hard to explain, it’s just like I’m getting bouts of confusion I didn’t have when I wasn’t on Zoloft. Is this common side effect?

I just started taking 25 mg Zoloft. It it my 9 th day . I take it at night before I go to bed. I wake up feeling shaky inside and nauseous and it lasts most of the day. I start to feel better by night time. Has anyone felt like this? I was gonna stop taking it but I have to admit that I don't feel on edge like I used to even though I'm nervousness about this feeling I have.

I have been on ramipril for about 8 months now. Have had a dreadful cough which has got worse the longer I have taken them. I also have asthma and the cough has been put down to that as it has triggered severe asthma attacks, which have caused me to go into hospital with blue light flashing. Not once has any doctor said this is down to Ramipril. I will be changing this medication before it kills me. BE VERY WARY IF YOU ARE ASTHMATIC!!!!!

have been taking Ramipril for 3 months now and at first didn't link the dreadful cough with this drug until I researched it on the web. I have developed a dreadful dry tickly cough which starts at the back of the throat and immediately starts to make my eyes water. The coughing then starts to go into a spasm and its worse at night - I haven't had a full night's sleep for weeks.
Also my chest is beginning to be sore due to all the coughing, its very distressing and I am going to be back at my gp.
Mirtazapine Withdrawal :: Dreadful, With Nausea, Palpitations, Ringing In The Ears
Almost 3 weeks ago I stopped Mirtazapine cold turkey. I was on a small dose of 7.5mg but I'm also a small person (8 stone) and that dose seemed to work for me. Just before I stopped I tried to taper but then changed my mind and double the dose which almost immediately gave me some nausea, palpitations and very bad muscles and joints pain. I stayed on that dose for a week but none of the symptoms cleared completely so on Friday 30.05 I stopped it completely.
Next few days were dreadful, with nausea, palpitations, ringing in the ears (and ear pain), burning skin on legs and arms, painful joints and muscles, especially left leg, muscle twitching, back pain, insomnia. They don't all come in at once and I do have a better moment or day but pretty much i'm still in pain most of the time and exhausted. I'm sure that the fact i've been on an antibiotic (doxycycline) for a bacterial infection drains the body as well and perhaps contributes to feeling ill but my GP says it shouldn't matter.
Please can anyone having a similar experience reply to this post. My GP just took my hope away today telling me that I don't have any withdrawal as he's never had a problem with this drug, but the only other choice is probably a serious autoimmune disease, which I'm terrified to think of. I never had any muscle or joint pain until about 4 weeks ago and now having a very sad time thinking what happened to my life as I'm not able to look after my family. I just want to have my hope back that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, even if it's a few more weeks or months...
Sertraline :: Sertraline 50mg To 25mg But Still Side Effects
Reduced from 50 mg a day to 25 mg but side effects haven't gone. Any ideas?

I had some terrible problems last november stopping venlafaxine to start sertraline. I realised I have tried over 6 different meds and have decided to get back to the start and take none. I have been to a doctor today who was not very helpful and as I have never been given the right advice about cross tapering I am not confident about stopping. I started with 50mg, 1 december 2014, in mid January increased to 100mg and to be honest things are worse in the way I feel. No libido (I am a happily married 46 year old woman who used to enjoy my husbands attention), No motivation, No sense of enjoyment in anything, overeating, overspending and little or no self worth. I have been told stop 100mg and take 50mg for 4 weeks and then review. I am thinking maybe 75mg for a week, then 50mg for a week, then 25mg for a week then nothing.... Any ideas? I have been on one antidepressant or another since 2009.

I'm only 17 years old. I have felt the way i feel now for months. I am not pregnant before anyone suggests that!
I suffered from a disease/illness where my glands swelled up til they were huge and you could clearly see them. I had a fever all day, i would go cold and the hot, i had no energy at all and was generally sick! The doctor gave me some antibiotics and it cleared up.
Ever since then i have not been myself. I feel sick at some point during the day, i constantly have a weird feeling in my head, its not pain as such, but like a numbing feeling and irritation. I feel like im going to faint all the time, im weak and very tired, i also get chest pains from time to time & my breathing is rubbish, its hard to breath at times, i generally feel like im dying
I have had countless blood tests and all of them showed nothing!
This totally upset me because im frustrated, i just want it to be over!!
The doctor told me just to have lots of water and exercise.
My family were convinced that i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks!
As i had a panic attack due to the fact i felt so ill i thought i was dying!
It wasn't just happening to me for no reason the attack.
so they took me to the doctor where he told me my symptoms were that of anxiety and panic attacks so he gave me some tablets to take.
But i still feel the same!!
I do not believe that i have anxiety
I am sick if people believing that is what it is!!

Asthma :: Feeling Tired, No Energy, Constant Uncomfortable Feeling
I am slightly worried, but last thursday i was told i had asthma and i was given 2 inhalers, but since then my breathing has gotten worse, i suffer from chest pain and a "that's not right" feeling in my chest, and i am soooo fatigued and have no energy and now have lost my appetite :-(
and also feel sometimes light headed, I have been given a blood test but results aren't out yet and i hate waiting also i am really worried which make me worse and i have some back pain as well.

I had unprotected vaginal insertive back on11/28/2015 and 12/2/201 with the same girl. On 12/08 I was treated for Chlamydia AND LATER FOUND POSITIVE FOR IT. After a round of antibiotics it was presumably gone. However the Doxycycline caused me to experience all the ARS symptoms. After a week or so of being off they were gone. Reading over and over again about symptoms I told the girl to test and she kept saying she was negative and finally went and bought an Oraquick test at her 8 week post exposure to her ex who gave her the chlamydia and it came back negative. I was only at 4 weeks and so the wait was on. After my 9 week exposure I went and bought an Oraquick Swab test from CVS and it came back negative. I am now going on week 10 and still feel like garbage. Can I assume that my 9 week Oraquick is pretty accurate?
