i am 25 years unmarried mostly fill pain at the time of urine & semen discharge since last 7 to 8 month. please suggest me why this happening & what type of treatment i should take.

I am 26 year old IT professional, I have been facing a dull ache/pain in my left testis while sitting for a long time or sometimes while riding a bike. when i try to touch it then it hurts but only sometimes, I feel good after taking bath. Also i feel pain mostly when the testes are in expanded state, the pain is there now for more than 10 months and its on and off Its really strange because some days I have little to no discomfort and other days I will get a dull ache and discomfort around my groin/left leg area..
I have shown it to 5 different urology doctors but they all say its an "infection" or "cysts" or "epididymitis",
I had doppler ultrasound Twice and both times doctor said its a cyst..and given me doxy-1 or niftran 100 mg or urifast etc
I had urine test twice, everything was normal
I had ultrasound of kidney KUB, its fine.
I had taken tests for cancer- Alfafetoproteina, HCG and one more i don't remember the name... Reports are normal.
I wear sports supporter sometimes when i feel that my testes are in expanded state for long and i feel pain.
I have taken so much of medicine now and have been diagnosed with everything that i feel frustrated and helpless. I wonder in 21st century we dont have the answer for these kind of problems, My tension increases when i search on net about my problem and find there are other men who have the same problem and they are not getting any certain answer about it.
If anybody of you have the same problem or went through similar situation then please let me know. Please share what you did or have been doing to prevent this?

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for five years. Recently we have our check up and my ob gyne said i don't have any problem. but my husband on his result states that he has a pin head sperm, non motile and have only 1000 ml sperm. the doctor said he has no chance of having someone pregnant. we haven't tried the ultrasound and other test that they want us to do but we are already depressed on what they have said. Is there any chance we could or he could drink vitamins for his sperm count to go up. and what to do with the pin head type kind of sperm?

I have had issues with a frequent urination and a constant pressure on my bladder for over a year now. But since January of this year I have been experiencing extreme pain in my low low abdomen (like groin/cervix area). The pain also resides in my stomach and back. My ribs are sore to touch and I am constantly achy. I have been to the doctors who have done internal exams and say that everything LOOKS ok. I am 20 years old and my periods are regular. The pain is becoming a real problem and I'm becoming increasingly concerned. I have had ultrasounds on my pelvis and kidneys and they were fine. I've been put on meds to stabilise my bladder, but the gynaecologist won't see me for another 4 months. I know there is something further wrong with me - I can't understand why the pain keeps occurring. I don't enjoy having sex due to pain and a constant discomfort and pressure-like feeling. I'm starting to get very depressed as there is no diagnosis being made and all the tablets I am given do nothing.

My mom, now 65 years old, started experiencing problems with frequent urination and pain during urination. At first she thought it was just UTI and her doctor gave her antibiotics. However, it’s been 3 weeks after she finished her antibiotics and she still says she has problems with urination.

Positive For Leukocytes - Dripping, Pain And Cramping During Urination
For a few weeks (on and off) I've been getting really bad urges to pee. Also, sometimes when I do pee (not every time) I have brownish/red little squish clumps come out and my pee is never colored but sometimes the dripping afterwards is slightly red. When I have those times when I have to pee a lot, I have bad cramping down in the pelvis area or I feel very uncomfortable down there.
So, I bought a UTI at home test and tested positive for Leukocytes and negative for Nitrates. Should I go to the doctor? Is there anything to try at home? I've been drinking a little bit more water and 100% cranberry juice.
Vasectomy :: Pain And Testicles Being Pull Forward During Urination
I had a vasectomy a week ago and I'm experiencing a decent amount of pain in my left testicle.
I noticed while urinating that when I pulled forward on my penis as I finished that my left testicle hurts and is being pulled forward with the skin.
While on the pain meds I tested a bit more, as I continue to pull forward the left testicle comes forward more and if I tilt upwards it is also pulled outward so that it is standing out at a good angle.
When I do this there is a pocket of loose skin behind the testicle where it would normally be sitting.
(Trying to be as descriptive as possible here, if I were to lay on my back with an erection my testicles would be standing up as the highest point.)
I can feel under the incision that there is extra mass on the left side that seems to be connected to the testicle which is not present on the right side.
Basically any movement of my left testicle is painful, holding it closer to the incision site seems to help.
I'm worried that something coming off of the testicle got stitched in on accident or that it is just healing that way. This CANNOT be a permanent thing.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so did your testicle movement go back to normal on its own and if so how quickly?

Intermittent Gross Hematuria - No Pain And Frequent Urination
I've been avoiding going to the Dr's for a while now, as I'm very scared.
Every few months, I have a day or so where I urinate blood. Also some blood clots. No real pain.
Then it will seemingly disappears for a few months, and will then return for a day or so.
I'm assuming it's something terrible.
Other symptoms seem to be frequent/weak urination.
Sometimes a mild/dull pain in one of my testicles.
Has anyone experienced this? WHy would it be every few months like this?

I'm a very healthy 17 year old male, exercise 4/5 times a week, eat healthy and drink between 1/2 - 1 gallon of water daily. I don't smoke but I do drink once or twice a month. This is getting extremely frustrating. I went to my doctor last week, told her my symptoms but she didn't seem very concerned just took urine and blood samples which I get the results for tomorrow. She prescribed me a weeks worth of antibiotics which I have taken and I had no relief of any symptoms. I believe prostatitis is tension related (trigger point). However I have no idea how to perform trigger point release, I tried earlier now I had a pain in my dick which is a bit frightening tbh.
Does anyone have any resource as to how to perform trigger point therapy? Or any other ideas to help relax my pelvic floor muscles? Considering I've had a fractured spine for 3 years and now this is seriously ******* annoying and it makes life as a teenager of the fabled "fun years" a complete joke.

I take dextroamphetamine for work, i also drink coffee and use nicotine (mostly vape) and sometimes I take a few grams of l-citrulline to combat vasoconstriction caused by amphetamines/nicotine.
Lunch is typically a chicken sandwich. Dinner is Pizza/chicken burrito/something like that. I don't eat red meat, pork, beef, don't drink milk or soda. I also haven't exercised on purpose in about six months. (Need to try and gain some weight back)
I am bisexual. I was in a committed relationship with a girl for 4.5 years, then broke it off. Now I'm having sex almost exclusively with men. I also maturbate daily.
As of late, when I have an orgasm, there is VERY little semen during ejaculation. This is very troubling and requires a resolution. I have to fix this. It started happening after I was experimenting with elastic penis rings and a penis pump (just for fun once in a while). Now, I've tried taking 50mg zinc sulfate in liquid form to resolve the issue to no avail. I don't think I'm deficient in zinc because it tastes terrible and it makes me nauseated when I take it. Though I notice a mood improvement/stabilization following administration, I'm less agitated.
But it did not resolve the issue which sort of leads me to believe that this is not a hormone/nutrition issue. In my opinion, the issue is mechanical. I think I either have retrograde ejaculation or blocked ejaculatory ducts. This also started happening when I started to bottom (receiving end of anal sex) more often and use anal toys/prostate massaging. Perhaps I've done damage to my prostate?
I have a feeling that my ejaculatory ducts are blocked. Is there a device/drug (experimental is okay) that can dilate these ducts?
Prostate :: Blood In Semen
My husband is 46 and has had blood in his semen a number of times. He's visited his GP and had a rectal examination and blood tests, which I'm assuming to be PSA? He's due to go back to the GP for his results. I'm planning on going with him but would appreciate any pointers really, as to what questions we should definitely ask. I've read that the PSA results aren't always a reliable indicator so, are there any other investigations we should press for? To be honest, I think i've 'over- googled'
