January 8th is my Period date as per previous month. wanted to delay my date as there is a function at home. Started taking Primolut N from Dec 25th and from Jan 4th started using Regestrone with Doctors Suggestion. But i have got my period on Jan 6th though i'm using pills. Why pills did not work over me? I'm really upset.

I suffer from PCOS and am trying for a baby. I have had no period for 3 months now (last period Dec 2013) and my GP conducted urine test which was negative. However I am suffering from a few symptoms of pregnancy. I am passing urine a lot more than usual, feeling hungry sooner, nausea etc though I have not had any morning sickness. I also suffering cramps in my stomach and my stomach does seem bigger, which my husband has also commented on.
I also have a little white/brown discharge whilst passing urine, although i have not had to use any pads.
Am i pregnant and what can I ask my GP to do?
How Long Does Trimethoprim Take To Work?
I'm currently suffering from a Uti that causes me to Urinate litres of water and I was given a seven day course of Trimethoprim when the doctor found bacteria and blood in my urine. It been 48 hours since I started and I have had 5 of the tablets. There has been no difference, should it have already started? I'm male, which may mean that it takes longer to work than say a women in this situation.

I have switched from being on 40mg of cital. 3 weeks ago I switched to Sertraline and have not really noticed any improvement. Still depressed, no appetite, anxiety and panic attacks. Hi, I have been on SW plan for over a year and lost 10lb, yo yoing, I am 5 ft 8, and weigh 16st 10.3/4lb. I joined the gym 5 weeks ago and stuck as much as possible to the SW plan, but gained 5lb in the 5 weeks. last Monday (9 June) I started on Orlistat, drunk tons of water, kept up wiht excercising 3x week and eaten plenty of veg/fruit and healthy diet. I had the Nexplanon 3 year birth control implant put in February of 2013 when i was 16 years old. Up until early-mid June, I had not had any periods. Now, I have had my period on and off for almost an entire month. It is mostly spotting but enough to require the use of tampons and refrain from sexual activity. I have been pretty emotional lately and was up last night with bad cramps. Nothing in my daily schedule or eating habits has changed therefore I do not understand what could be causing this. ALSO, I have been experiencing extreme fatigue. Does anyone have ideas as to why this is occurring? I would hate to have the implant removed because this is the first time it has given me problems so far and I'm not even sure it is the cause.

NuvaRing - Deciding To Give It A Try
Who here has been on the NuvaRing?
After discussing my options with my doctor last week, I decided to give it a try. So far so good. I had some cramping in the first few days, but that's completely gone now and I haven't noticed any other side effects.
Part of why I chose NuvaRing is I don't have to think about it very much. Also, my doctor doesn't like the implant, and would rather save an IUD for last if I don't find something else I like. She did mention Depo, but I didn't want that because of what I've heard about bone density loss and weight gain, neither of which I want. Another reason is my doctor said she has lots of patients with success skipping their periods on the ring, and that's something that's important to me. If I could, I'd stop my period until I was ready to get pregnant.
Nuvaring :: Can I Take It Out And Give A Rinse?
Okay so inserted the Nuvaring in February. I like it so far. Pretty easy. I like not having to remember it everyday. But what I want to know is is it possible for it to give me a fishy smell inside my vagina? For example I wanted to wash myself up and go have fun with hubby and I did so. And after i washed I did a test run and I wiped the surface of my vagina with my finger and it didn't smell like anything so I thought "cool". Well he stuck his finger inside of me and it had a fishy smell. Nothing else is going on down there. No discharge. No burning, itching, etc. Do I need to take my nuvaring out and give it a rinse every once in awhile or what?

I am a reasonably successful business woman with a good life, a nice house and an amazing boyfriend. I had a good upbringing and have never suffered a traumatic event. However, for the past decade, I have smoked pot everyday. I'm now 26 and I have to give up- not because I want to, but because I got caught and am now on probation and subjected to regular drug testing. The problem lies therein: I DON'T WANT TO QUIT! I have no children and my life is not negatively impeded by the use of this drug, recent legal problems notwithstanding. It eases my anxiety and insomnia and I really just love being stoned. So how am I supposed to successfully give up when I really don't want to? And please don't say God- I am an atheist. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have posted a few times in this about feeling better and every time a did a ended up taking a dip but a did read in a post on here to give it up to 12 weeks so here i am going into week 12 and apart from headaches a must say that everyday that goes by a feel better when a think back to before and after that is when a realized just how much they have helped me as a was dwelling to much into the nasty side effects the negative side but now am more on the positive and feeling better wishing everyone well.
