Ocular Rosacea - Any OTC Drops?
I have rosacea and now have been told I have ocular rosacea. Also have allergies particularly affecting my eyes. Anyone else have this? Use cream on face but eyes are bothersome. Not sure what drops to use . My Dr has prescribed Pataday but they are not covered by insurance so would like to try otc drops if I can find ones that help.

Firstly let me explain how it all started. It started a year ago in August 2014, when i found bright red blood drops in my stool. I got really worried. It happened for a couple of days and stopped. Then again after 6 months or so, in Jan2015, it again happened, the bright light drops of blood in stool. This time i straight away went to a gastro doc for a checkup. He recommended the colonoscopy exam. I did that and the report came up with internal hemorrhoids upto acceptable limit. He gave me some laxatives and told me to visit again after 6 months if problem persists. It agian happened after 6 months in June for a week or less. But now, it is again happening after every 1 month. I had it for a week in July, couple of days in August and now from a week or so, in this month too. For this month, i had blood stool for a couple of days and it stopped and now again today it came back, minor. Please let me know if this in any way normal. I fear sometimes that if it's something else than the hemorrhoids, that maybe the exam didn't catch it well or i need to get the exam from a second doc for reassurance, though i have had no other symptons as of yet.
Please advise on this. I feel quite stressed out when it happens. I have these bad thoughts too of cancer and start browsing the net for it.
I have no drinking/smoking and drug habits. I have started eating fruits daily in breakfast, though sometimes i can't avoid my urge to eat non-veg food. i also do regular weight lifting exercises. I am quite a gym addict. I read that lifting heavy weights also cause this. Please i don't want to give up my passion. Please advise.
Eye Care :: Corneal Abrasion While Putting Drops
I suffered a corneal abrasion on 2/12/2016. I was putting in refresh tear drops and got too close to my left eyeball and poked myself in the eye with the bottle tip. I was treated at the ER and followed up with an ophthalmologist. He said the abrasion has completely healed and my vision has returned to normal (what is was before the incident IMO). I can still feel a scratchy sensation but it is not really bad. It has now been 16 days after the incident. Will this scratchy sensation ever go away? Is this normal?

I am 14 and my ears are really blocked. Im currently using an ear wax drop called cerumol. This is a horrible drop because it doesn't work and it stinks. I am making an appointment for syringing tomorrow and can i ask someone what their experience was like.

Does anyone have any suggestions for anti-inflammatory drops, creams, oils or ointments of any type that has helped with your MGD/blepharitis? I do all the hygiene stuff which keeps the crusts absent and eyelashes from falling out which is amazing to a certain point.
My problem is constant inflammation of varying degrees to my eyelids (or to be more precise the Meibomian glands). when they are at their worst inflamed there is literally no oil getting through to my eye which is really irritating and my eyelids become reddened around the lashes which creates a really annoying self-image paranoia + the inability to converse with anyone without being distracted by blinking a million times and feeling like I would like to close my eyes altogether or rip them out lol. I have tried drops but the lubrication effect seems to wear off after 10 minutes and I just don’t have the patients to be doing it that often.
The only thing that has seemed to work well for me so far is a tiny amount of castor oil applied to the lids at night (takes a few days to adjust to it). I have not tried steroids yet or antibiotics with anti-inflammatory properties but right now I am using chloramphenicol drops which are hopefully doing something + bead type warm compresses regularly which are helping but only slightly.
I saw an American youtube video recently about a doctor prescribing androgen gel to patients with MGD/Blepharitis and after researching why I realised that it’s because it reduces inflammation in the body, for the MGD/Blepharitis type that I am sure I have it seems to work well for patients that have tried it. That said there is plenty other things on the market that would have the same effect on the eyelids but more localised and less side effects are preferred, I don’t like the idea of roid-rage, shrinking nether regions and pancreatic cancer etc. It seems like too much of a trade-off in my situation.
PMS But No Menstruation?
Because this year has brought a lot of changes (becoming sexually active and all) I have been keeping note of what my periods have been like, or how my body has been reacting/"behaving" before expected periods (so that I know everything is fine and there is nothing to worry about)...
One of my questions is about pms stuff. I'm supposed to be getting my period tomorrow, but this whole week down there...it's felt like "oh i think i got my period" and then i go to the bathroom and there's nothing. Usually i get my period 2-3 days before expected date, but the only signs that I'll be getting my period are the fact that I've got acne breakout, and once in awhile a pinch in my lower stomach (like ovulation pains but way less). I did have protected sex 2 weeks ago- but again condoms were used, nothing broke, it went normally, technically that shouldn't give me reason to worry about anything like being pregnant..but I guess what I'm asking is...are my "pms" signs actually pms stuff or do u think they are because of something that i should worry about..? Also two days ago on my panty liner i noticed there was the slightest bit of light brown waxy discharge on there...but that does usually happen to me before getting my period...(last month my menses didn't last as long) but again...no period yet (even though i'm supposed to get it tomorrow)...should i worry? (fyi, i do have dysmenorrhea, and over the last 8 months, my cycles range from 25 to 31 days long).
Also: just as a basic question about sex. Is there really any need to worry about pregnancy risks or such every time i've had safe, protected sex (where we checked the condoms so much for any tears or rips before and after, and he ejaculates in his condom but not while in me- to be extra safe)? Having sex is just part of something people do...but is there need for such anxiety if we have been and are so careful every time, what do you think?
Menstruation :: No Period At The Age Of 17?
My daughter just turned 17 a few weeks ago and still has not gotten her period. I got mine when I was around 15, so I find this a bit odd. She has had pubix hair since she was around 11ish. She got armpit hair around 12 and breasts at around 13, but still no period. She has had a yeast infection before and it was treated. She has also had an ultrasound because when the gynecologist tried to check out her insides she couldn't feel her cervix because my daughter was squirming too much. After the ultrasound they confirmed that she had one and everything seemed fine. My daughter has never had sex, so I know she is not pregnant. My daughter is also on the heavier side. She is slightly overweight. I say this because I know when women are too skinny sometimes their periods don't show up. Ever since she was around 13 ever doctor has told us she will get her period in 6 months or so. 4 years later and that still hasn't happened. She is starting to get worried.

I seem to be having an extra long cycle , I am currently on day 33(my average is 28-29). My last period was on November 21st and I was supposed to ovulate on Saturday December 5th (I had red spotting Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ) and then more red spotting on Monday the 14th... I have been under some stress as December was finals month. I have also had pain on my left side where my ovary would be. ...what do you all think is causing the delay in my period ? Is this hormonal? Is it a cyst ? Stress? BTW I didn't have vaginal sex during ovulation only oral and minimal fingering.

During the last six months I've been dating this wonderful new man. We are 25 and 26 and everything is perfect. He is also extremely attracted to me and in bed he is very open-minded, maybe even more so than me. Yet, that is, only if anything that has to do with menstruation is far, far away.
I have to admit, all my ex-boyfriends were 100% okay with my period and the contrast is insane, which might make me less understanding than other girls. Yet, in this case, it just gets weird sometimes to that extent it often makes me feel ashamed of my body and I start doing weird things such as inserting more stop weeks than I used to (I am on birth control) because I am extremely afraid of unexpected small breakthrough bleedings.
It has come to a point now that, around my period, we don't have satisfying sex for about ten or more days. My boyfriend does not touch me during the first days I have stopped taking my birth control, although my period is not there yet, and today, the first day after my period, he could not even get it up because he was not sure whether it was really over... But it goes further, he often acts weird when he sees my (unused) tampons, or he does not really want me to talk about my female problems, except for once, when he criticized me for not changing my tampons often enough. Of course he is very understanding when I'm in pain, he is very sweet by heart .
My boyfriend himself says it is 'natural' for men to be grossed out by periods. I try to be understanding about this and accept this opinion, although it's hard. Yet, sometimes, he spontaneously says during my period he does want to have sex but only when it's almost over or only if I'm on top because then he can 'focus more on me as a person'. I find it great he tries to do this, but since I can tell he sometimes is a bit grossed out or not very excited it makes me even more ashamed.
I don't think there is a real precedent since his ex-girlfriend was anorectic, and therefore barely had periods. She also did not have a high libido at all, according to my boyfriend. I also have to add his reactions do not suit his personality at all since he is very relaxed, untidy and generally not afraid of dirt at all.
Is there a way to break through this problem so that we are both happy in this situation?
Menstruation :: Using Primolut N During Periods
I sometimes take 2 pills together or one after one (1 hour gap) of Primolut N on the first day to stop it for a day especially when I'm not expecting it. Please tell me is it harmful? And also if it would trigger my menopause?
