ENT :: Loud Clicking Sound In My Ears Clicking On Swallowing

Is the sound from the Eustachian tubes and is it a form of eustachian tube dysfunction?
Penis :: Clicking Sound When I Cum
I have noticed it before. It usually happens when I have watched porn or something that makes me have a big load.
Just as I have the first ejaculation, there is a discomforting pop in my stomach, just above the penis, like 3cm above and 3cm to the left of my shaft.
Is this normal? Where could the sound originate from?
What Causes The Clicking Sound In Your Ears When You Swallow?
Although my problem has been diagnosed as muscular, I have been doing PT for almost two months and the clicking sound when I swallow just doesn't go away (neither does the tinnitus).
I understand why the tinnitus is happening (the ligament to the inner ear is stretched), but I don't understand the clicking sound at all. Can someone explain it to me?

View 1 RepliesClicking Sound - Recovered Septic Pneumonia
3 months ago I was diagnosed with Septic Pneumonia and was in hospital for 10 days. It took me a good month to recover and sometimes I still think I am. I have chronic lung probs already from being a prem baby. Since I have had my last bout of pneumonia I have been feeling a clicking sensation in my left side where I had the pneumonia and pleurisy. Could someone explain what this clicking feeling is? Is it part of the scarring that's left?
View 2 RepliesBack Pain After Clicking/popping Sound In The Lower Middle Back
Two days ago I was in the gym exercising my shoulders and whilst I was lifting weights, I moved my back whilst seated and I heard a 'click' sound in my back, followed by pain in that area of my lower middle back. I immediately stopped exercising and haven't gone to the gym since.
I don't know what I was thinking by moving my back like that, but since it happened there is a lot less pain and it feels like the pain may be totally gone in the next 48-72 hours hopefully.
On the night of the injury I found it hard to turn onto my side when in bed, but now I can do it without any problems. Now I can only feel some pain when I turn my upper body to the left or right or if I try to stretch my lower back.
Would anyone be able to give me some advice such as what type of injury I have or whether this may have a long term effect? Is it a very positive sign that the pain is decreasing each day?
Spinal Cord :: Neck Clicking, Crackling. Pop Rocks Sound When Walking After Neck Adjustment
I went to physical therapy for TMJ 4 days ago, I'm 31 years old. While massaging my jaw the physical therapist went on to my neck, and without me knowing out of nowhere cranked my neck super hard and it popped 3 times on the left side. My neck has been stiff on the left ever since with some pain and when I walk I hear loud clicking crackling/pop rocks sounds in my neck right before it meets the shoulders. Did he injure me? anyone else experience this? will it go away.
I was so upset he cracked my neck like that he isn't even a chiropractor but said afterwards when I got upset with him that he knows chiropractor movements.
I've never been to a chiropractor so I don't know how it compares but it seems really hard and forceful when he did it. Its weird that when I move my neck I don't hear the sound, only when walking. Someone please advise me on this.
Also what type of doctor should I see for this issue, i'm going to schedule an appointment tomorrow, but don't know the type of doctor who would be best. My GP just gave me ibuprofen and said it should go away on it's own.

View 1 RepliesPots Like Undiagnosed Symptoms Cause A Enlarged Heart?
My fast heart rate (sinus tachycardia) started when i was about 17-18. I was a healthy active kid up until i got dropped from high school and i isolated myself from everyone except family and literally sat in a room playing video games all day everyday. Didnt eat much, not alot of water... I was sabotaging myself and i didnt even know it. I honestly was depressed. Then came pots. My heart was plummeting to around 100-300 bpm just from walking or attempting to walk. I felt really desperate and i bet the cause of my symptoms were lack of certain nutrients, magnesium, potassium... Etc. I went to a cardiologist, got a full workup and my heart looked 100 percent perfectly normal. I then tried beta blockers (big mistake) Metoprolol was not bad, but it gave me sharp chest pains so i got off it. Could it be that these sharp chest pains were caused by lack of potassium or magnesium while taking beta blockers, which was my heart telling me this is a mistake? Long story short... I was enormously uninformed on the effects of not getting enough magnesium, potassium, etc for the heart. I would have never tried meds. The cardiologists i went to didn't even acknowledge that or test me for low levels. I didnt have a pcp at the time. Its almost 1 year later and im still in the same boat. But now, my heart does not beat the same. Compared to before, it feels as if my heart has a much more forceful and stronger pump. Which would indicate a enlarged heart, or possibly heart block? Growing up i had absolutely no awareness of my heartbeat... Even when i use to exercise. That feeling feels so distant now because it feels like im getting 24/7 palpitations. I could feel my heart all the time and i now have high blood pressure, and i didn't have this before. Will my heart ever be the same again? It feels as if i completely sabotaged my heart and precipitated heart problems that i didn't have.
View 5 RepliesFibromyalgia Syndrome - Positive ANA / Typical POTS
If you are Hypermobile. If you have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and ME I think personally they are exactly the same thing, I have been diagnosed with all 3, if you feel anxious, tired all the time, if you have an ANA marker in your blood you have POTS! You can have POTS from being diabetic, being an alcoholic, loads of other things but for the fibromyalgia type things it's now called POTS which is that you feel dizzy faint sweat etc you DO need a positive ANA.

I have Primary Sjogren's Syndrome but was born Hypermobile. It was only after my present Rheumatologist diagnosed that I have scoliosis that I started to research. I found the Beighton Scale and the Brighton criteria which I match completely. I explained my research to my consultant and she agrees. However while she and another consultant both agree I do have POTS so far I don't have an appointment to see anyone to help me. I have had ECGS and a bubble ECG but they have been taken while lying down. Now the POTS I really noticed post the birth of my last son 29 years ago is getting much worse, can anyone advise me as it has taken decades to get this far, I don't feel time is on my side
View 4 RepliesTinnitus With Whooshing Sound
Just over 2 months ago, a whooshing sound began in my left ear and it has been there ever since. It is much worse when I'm in a quiet room. I've now seen a consultant who thinks it's related to my pulse rate. He sent me for an MRI scan. I'm now awaiting the results. Has anyone else suffered with this and if so how was it cured, if it ever was?

I find this helps with some relief. Block off the nostril on the side where the cracking is occurring with a cotton ball or tissue or small piece of tape. Breathe and blow your nose only through the open side for a few hours. In the beginning I only had to do this a couple of times a day. Do as often as necessary for your personal needs.

View 1 RepliesOrthopedics :: Crackling Sound In Neck On Walking
I'm 31 male. Yesterday I went to a Physical Therapist for TMJ treatment. The therapist was massaging my jaw and then moved to my neck to massage that. Without warning he forcefully cranked my neck to the left and it popped really loud three times.
I got upset with him and told him ever to do that again that he wasn't a chiropractor and he responded that he knew chiropractor movements. I've never been to a chiropractor by the way.
Ever since then whenever I walk I hear a loud crackling, like pop rocks sound in my lower neck, right above my shoulders. I don't have pain, though my neck is somewhat stiff now. The sound isn't present when moving the neck at all, left, right, up or down. Just when walking.
Did he do permanent damage to my neck? Should I seek treatment? What type of doctor should I see? Will the crackling go away or am I stuck with this forever and soon my neck will start to become very painful? I'm freaking out over this and need to know a solution.
Child Health :: Crackling Sound On Exhale?
I recently went to the doctor with a bad cough, slight fever and coughing up green mucus a lot. I was told my lungs sounded clear (4 days ago) and I have no chest pain, but the doctor gave me antibiotics just "in case" my symptoms worsened over Christmas. A new symptom I have noticed now is, when I exhale, sometimes I get this strange crackling or bubbling noise. Does anyone think it's a good idea to take my antibiotics before seeing my doctor again as I have to wait over the weekend for them to open again?
I am just worried that Penicillin may be harmful to take for something that might not be bacterial, even though I am getting this strange crackling sound and severe cough?

View 14 RepliesFoot / Ankle :: Popping Sound While Walking After Sprain
I have had chronic foot and ankle problems for years now. I've had multiple sprains and fractures and once had arthroscopic surgery (2010) to help alleviate some of my chronic pain (all on my left foot, by the way). I also have extremely tight Achilles tendons so I also have problems with my right ankle every once in awhile.
The other night, I was walking down the street when out of nowhere my right ankle just gave out and rolled right out from under me. I ended up falling with all my weight on it and I heard the all too familiar snapping sound and felt the immediate pain and swelling. I was on my way to a concert I was performing in so I had to get up and walk away. It hurt a lot, but I ended up spending the rest of the night on my feet. By the end of the night it was extremely bruised and swollen, but it was a lot better the next morning. Today, however, I was walking and heard a popping sound and a short, sharp pain. What does this mean? The last time this happened, I ended up having to get surgery. Is this going to require surgery?
I have been taking care of it myself and I am posting here because I am away at college right now. We have health services but they don't really do anything helpful, so I'm trying to stay away from them.
