Toyota - Camry :: Power Outlet Fuse Blow When Plug In Phone And Charger Cord
When I plug up my phone and charger cord to either power outlet on my 2009 Camry the fuse blows. The charger cord and phone works in my other vehicles. I have checked other power cords in the Camry and it also blows the fuses. Would this be a relay that controls the fuses?

I bought, new, a 2012 Camry back in 2012. I got the satellite radio option. The reception with satellite is horrible. On the clearest of days, I lose signal all the time making it useless trying to listen to it.
Yes, I understand vegetation can hinder reception. But, it shouldn't to this extent. Not long after I bought the Camry, I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion. It, too, had satellite radio.
I think, in the 2 years I had the Fusion, I lost signal 2 times. On the cloudiest, foggiest, snowiest, and raniest of days, the Fusion never lost sat signal.
I had the dealer check out the system and they found nothing wrong. I've let my subscription to Sirius expire since I can't even get a decent signal. Is this typical of the satellite radio with Camry's???

My 22 year old daughter drives my 98 Toyota Camry. The lights in the dash have burned out. I need to find out how to replace those bulbs or should I just tell her to be home before dark or maybe tape a flashlight to the steering wheel?

Toyota :: Electrical Wiring And Fuse - Radio / Door Locks And Window Controls Do Not Work
Headlights work, done and door lights also work. Radio, door locks, and window controls do not. Car will no longer start and it doesn't seem to be the battery or starter, but I may be mistaken.

I get really crappy reception. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all. I have Sirius on other cars and I was able to get reception on them. Sometimes if I'm stopped I just re-boot the car and sometimes I get signal so I don't think its all an antenna issue.

I've had my MK6 GTI for about 4 months now, and this is my first car with a satellite radio (RCD-510). I honestly don't know much about sat radios, or what to expect from them. I have the Dynaudio package. I run my head-unit with all the sliders in the middle right now.
I am not impressed with the sound quality of Sirius (or Ipod MEDIA-IN for that matter), to me Sirius sounds like low quality mp3 stream, less than say 128kbps. It sounds "muddy" and unclear, highs don't have definition and lack dynamic range. There is even some static between let's say hi-hat strikes or other crisp notes. Normal FM radio sounds better, and CD or good mp3 files on SD card even better. Sirius sounds so bad that it is practically worthless to me, comparable to AM reception.
Prius (2010-12) :: Location Of Satellite Radio?
My sat radio says No Signal. Sirius checked it out and said everything was fine on their end. I checked the antenna and it is OK. I am thinking there may be a problem where the antenna connects to the Satellite box but I don't know where they store it to check it. Under the seat?? Under the trunk?? Behind the dash??

I have a 2012 Prius hatchback. For the last 3 years the satellite works just fine however for some reason about a month ago it just stopped finding a signal? The FM and AM radio load just fine (even though the signal typically stinks) but when I go to a Sirius channel it just says "loading" and I never get a signal. Have had my '11 Tiguan with 46K miles on in it into the dealer twice now for this issue. The first time they diagnosed the issue as a faulty control module, ordered one from Germany, installed in and the issue went a way for a while...
Over the past week the problem has come back with a vengeance. The Tiguan would complain that various headlights, fog lights, blinkers and backup lights were out. Sometimes turning on the lights and turning on the high beams would fix the issues, other times turning off the car and starting it again was necessary. Went into the dealership today and the issue was diagnosed as a burned fuse block.

Just noticed I have no more horn... I had car alarm issues for a while and the alarm would sound all day in the parking garage while I was at work (was keeping the car unlocked at home...) Finally fixed the hood pin.
Going back to the horn, the horn fuse was burned in the hood relay box, and when I replaced it and tried the horn again, it burned again... Where to start? Do I go for new relays, new horns, new wiring or all of the above...

I have a 2009 GS350.
Its Satellite radio ready, meaning it has a SAT button and it has the shark fin antenna on the roof. When you push the SAT button nothing happens. I was told I need to get the unit installed. I am assuming all the wires are run through the car and its just a simple plug and play, but I'm thinking that would be too easy. Also where does the unit get installed? Where to even look to see if the wires are there.

Every now and then, my satellite radio fades in and out. I cannot pin it on rain as it sometimes happens when it is clear. I can hear programming, but only 1 second samples, with fuzz for a second then again, 1 second of programming.

Just bought a new R with the premium sound system and can't figure out how to disable the lame satellite radio. I am fortunate that Seattle has great local radio stations but have had to listen to BS satellite radio or my IPhone. I tried to follow the useless manual instructions to no avail. Also I am wondering what upgrades people have done on their stereo systems? The system sounds OK but having worked in a car stereo shop in the past I am a bit picky. What brand the stock speakers are and what brand and size aftermarket can be installed without weilding a nibbler or jig saw? Does the stock radio have RCA or other low power outputs to run an external Amp?

Happened for the second time in 5 days this morning. Radio starts up and says reinitializing and then comes back with all presets to 184. Don't like this happening!!

Is this a common issue, or is there a fix for it?
