Prius (2010-12) :: Check Hybrid System Error / All Sensors Are Yellow On The Dashboard
I got "check Hybrid System" error with all sensors are yellow on the dashboard of my 2011 Prius with 80k odometer reading. Currently no Hybrid system, only petrol engine works.

I have a 2011 Prius with about 42K miles on it. Today, I went to turn it on but the Check Hybrid System light came on and the car wont turn on. I can only put it in neutral. All the other lights are on as well. I have not had any recent service but the oil change notification did come on in the last few weeks. Also the low tire pressure light turned on yesterday but I didnt get a chance to fill them up. What the issue can be? Because it has such low mileage I cant think of any major issues it would have.

I recently traded my 2012 GS 350 for a 2015 GX 460. It's more my type of vehicle, and I am loving it except for a noise under the dashboard that seems to be somewhere behind the instrument cluster.
The noise is more of a ticking sound, and if I had to guess, it seems to be a wiring harness in that mesh-type wrapping that's moving around. I hear mostly over bumps in the road, but it also shifts when I accelerate from a stop. Unfortunately, the area where I'm hearing this is inaccessible without removing the dash.

Prius 2010 UK model, rattle noise coming from the dashboard between the speaker grill and the A shaped trim/glass window driver side (UK model) every time I accelerate, is there constantly all the time, is driving crazy, 9 hours a day in the car most of the week and this bloody annoying rattle. I've noticed when going up hills where the engine is working, there is a rattle/vibration that seems to be coming from the passenger side dashboard/glovebox area. I've opened both glove boxes and made sure nothing was in it and the rattle still continues. It sounds like there is a screw loose in the plastic inside the dash that is vibrating.

I have had my new 450h for almost 7 months and do love this car. I took it in for its 6 month service, although apparently needn't have done so because we only have 1300 miles on it thus far. However, it checked out fine. Today whilst driving home from the local supermarket and we got a warning on the dashboard with the orange triangle saying to check BSM system. I had not done anything and am concerned why this should happen suddenly. I have called and will have to take the car to be checked. What happened?

After 56k miles on my 2010 Type II, I suddenly started hearing a constants rattle sound that seemed to be located in the dashboard directly in front of the steering wheel. I got onto Prius Chat and researched every possible resolution, but not seemed to work UNTIL.... I saw someone had jokingly suggested squirting some WD-40 between the windshield and the windshield cowl. So, having nothing to loose, I gave that a try and... the rattle is gone! I can't explain it, but all I can tell you is my car is quiet again.

I have 2011 prius 1800cc.
My car dashboard display come ORANGE TRIANGLE WITH EXCLAMATION MARK light and message "HYBRID SYSTEM CHECK". Car has no problem in drive, every thing works but display computer (check consumption graph Charging wheel etc.) does not show.
When I press start, display button shows charging graph consumption etc, only for few seconds and go to msg check hybrid system.

I have a 2005 Prius with 105K miles on it. It was working perfectly until one day, the dashboard lights didn't turn on. I messed with the switch to the left of the wheel just to make sure I hadn't touched it, and that didn't work to turn them on.... then I went to turn my car off and it just didn't turn off! I tried several different techniques, made sure it was in park and not in neutral, and it just wouldn't turn off.

Two weeks ago a large, industrial truck dropped a piece of bent steel pipe on the interstate in front of my 2010, 50k miles, Prius and (sadly) I was forced to hit or swerve into rush hour traffic and cause an accident. It tore up a good part of the cooling system and did some body damage. Of course I didn't know this at the time, but it began to overheat, so I pulled off the freeway and had it towed to a body shop. After about ten days, I got my Prius back.

I am having problems with squeaks and other noises from the dash. The dealer sprayed some foam on the dash board (underside of it) to quiet the noises. It didn't work. The repair order says he sprayed the air bag cover. I'm not an expert on air bags but would this effect the function of the bag?

Out of curiosity, why would to turn off the Adaptive Front-Lighting System (AFS)? There is an option on my panel menu to do so; I just can't think of a situation where I would want to. Why Lexus makes this option available, other than they can? Otherwise, it just takes up space in my scrolling menu; how 'bout they replace that with the outside temp displayed?
