Lexus GS 2013+ :: Navigation Stopped Showing Traffic Condition
My navigation traffic stopped showing before it would've showed on freeways mainly orange line if slow traffic and red line if heavy traffic or green if no traffic. No lines what so ever noticed this been few weeks its not showing even when I am in heavy traffic, I also checked the option is turned on to show traffic. Is there something wrong that I'm not aware of? Regarding 15 GS

I swiped off my passenger side on a railing turning right coming out a tiny street. My 15'ES300H is barely few months old and only has 3K miles. Its a pretty decent size swipe on both doors with a little dent in. I checked with all body shops in town and they all say they go with the paint code 1H9 (nebula grey). The one shop I have working on it is trying hard to match it and its close but no matter what how they try to mix, its not a perfect match. I read that Lexus does two base coats one with larger aluminum flakes for sun light and one base coat with smaller aluminum flakes for low light. I am not sure if they just give a single paint code how a body shop cna figure out the two compositions. The guy showed me and there is only one composition and no alternates for this 1H9 code. Being a new car, I thought it would match perfectly but obviously not. This is a little crazy that Lexus has a painting technique that no one can match. So if you have minor scuff etc on your Lexus, you can't match it with rest of the car.

I recently purchased a 2012 Lexus LS 460. I looked everywhere for an answer, but can not find one. On the navigation screen, the compass can point north or in a 'heads up' position. Most people, as you know, like the heads up (moving icon always points north). However, in this 'heads up' mode, the compass does not seem to indicate what direction I am moving. The compass does change when the car changes direction, but it does not correctly show the direction the vehicle is moving. For example, if I am driving true NORTH, the compass will show NORTH. If I then start to turn righ (moving from NORTH to NORTH-EAST), the compass actually starts to move and show NORTH-WEST. So, when the compass is in 'always north' position, the icon on the navigation screen correct shows the direction the car is moving. But, when the compass is in 'heads up' position...how can I tell what directing the car is moving?

I have a 2013 RX with the 'latest' navigation update. My 'home' icon for a while was a red circular looking thing. But without me doing anything, for a while I got/had a 'house' icon showing for my 'home' point on the map. It has since disappeared. It is now that red circular thingy again but with a number 2 in it?

Lexus GS 2006-11 :: Vais IVIC - Navigation Disc Keep Showing Wrong Place
Just installed the Vaistech iVic unit yesterday and everything seemed to function fine, but noticed once I started driving today that my Navigation unit was off. It still operated and tracked movement OK, only the maps were about 10 minutes away from where I was actually located.
I've turned off the car several times since, and also took out the Navigation disc and re-installed but it keeps putting me in the same wrong place, This all happens in the normal standard Lexus modes.

Bought a 2001 hyundai accent 1.3 si petrol manual 2 weeks ago. After pulling off today, i went to go into 2nd gear, and I couldn't move the gear stick. I parked up and turned the engine off, then started the ignition again. When the clutch is in, the gear stick will not move in any direction, its completely stuck, but when the clutch is out, the gear stick will move in all directions.

My navigation out of no where has been restarting on its own meaning screen goes black and warning comes up again. I have had car since November and it only started happening last week and I have 6k on car. It will actually restart on its own twice and this has occurred 3 times so far.
Now not sure if I am dreaming this but if I shut the car off with NAV screen split with home screen I always remembered it staying that way even when I restarted car. Now however regardless of what I leave it when I restart car always shows full map. I am thinking did they push an update to NAV which is also causing the glitch in it restarting? I haven't brought it dealer since new so I know no one updated manually but I can swear home screen would stay split if I left it that way.
Having issue with NAV restart while driving, I see it was occurring in IS forum but no fix. Also it is very cold but car is garaged and every time I been driving already for a bit, another thing maybe it's my iPhone because it always plugged in when it has occurred.

As of yesterday the gas pedal started losing power completely. It only happens for a brief moment when I'm driving and only in the morning. The car does not shake, rpms don't drop and no check engine light. I have recently decided to not renew any XM services on my 13 GS. One unintended consequence of that decision seems to be a surprise. My slow start of the navigation system is gone. The system starts up instantly every time. I have observed it for 4 days now, and not a single slow start. Not sure if the problem is in the XM receiver, or the way the navigation tries to consume the XM data services, but it's definitely related to XM.
