1st: 00532 Supply Voltage Too Low - Intermittent
2nd: 00592 Seat Belt Switch on Passenger Side -E25
Resistance Too High - Intermittent
3rd: 00592 Seat Belt Switch on Passenger Side -E25
Resistance Too Low -Intermittent
the piece where the passenger side seat belt clicks into has a chunk broken off of it, now im assuming that this is causing most (maybe all?) of the problem here?
Golf IV R32 :: Airbag Light Came On With Fault Message
I have a couple of fun curves I hit daily and most days I push the car pretty hard. So, I hit one the other day on the way home from work and the freaking airbag light came on with a fault message. I immediately suspected that when my seat belt tightened that the sensor in the seat belt connector freaked out. I later scanned with VAGCOM and confirmed that I have the famous high resistance message for the driver side seat belt connector. I remember that some people had luck by cleaning the connections to the bottom of the seat and the switch. Maybe that is all I have to do. Got to love the .:R. I break stuff as fast as I fix stuff.

So I unplugged my front seats and the airbag fault light came on. When I hooked them back up the light remained on. Is there a trick to this that I am unaware of? I would really like to get this light off my dash asap.

So warming up around here and and my fiance brings to my attention that the AC is not working in her GS. I fumbled around a bit and found that the fuse in engine compartment is good, ac light does illuminate in climate display, freon is at approx 80psi on low side, and the air does in fact never get the least bit cool. It seems as though the compressor never turns on, now I know that these cars wont kick on if they sense low pressure in the system but it is full.... also swapped ac relay out to no avail

Why my low pressure light is on and why my mfd is telling me I have an airbag fault? Where would I want to start diagnosing this problem? I ran power and ground wire with no sensor issues, but once the remote and RCA wires were connected I got the sensor issue.

I just got the Air Bag Fault light and warning on my display for my 2006 Phaeton. I have not seen any posts on this topic doing a keyword search. This happened the day after I got back to my car at the airport parking and found a cracked windshield that is $825 for the glass alone. Not a good week so far.

I recently sent for a reset my airbag module, yes my car was in a collision, I replaced passenger airbag(only 1 airbag deployed). And reconnected the module. Using the VAG COM, I scanned the airbag module, shows no fault codes, but i still have a light.. now I'm thinking seatbelts and sensors maybe the problem.
