Ford Fuel System :: 1977 F250 - Fuel Leak From Filter Attached To Carburetor
I have a 77 f-250 with a 460 engine and a 4bbl Motorcraft carb and its leaking a substantial amount of fuel out of the newly replaced filter that is attached to the carburetor. The fitting is tight and I even tried buying some small gaskets to seat it, but that didn't work either.

My iPhone 4S stopped communicating through the NAV system last week. I could still call out using voice commands but I could not be heard or hear the other person.
Went to Dealership yesterday thinking something in the car broke and after an hour of testing was told that the phone was too old. Apparently Apple updates the phone's OS from time to time, and this time it broke the Lexus NAV system to phone link.
So I went out and upgraded the 4S to a 6. Now it works again, so Lexus Tech was right, it was an Apple OS upgrade that must have happened a week ago.
I wonder if Lexus will now remove the 4s from its "compatibility" list.
Gen 2 Prius (Audio/Electronics) :: Can't Connect IPhone With AUX System
I bought a fully loaded 2004 Prius last summer with Navigation and bells and whistles. (I love it - even with 110,000 miles!) At the time I had a 3G Iphone (AT&T) and the bluetooth worked for phoning and the cord that came out of the compartment under the stereo worked for me to plug in my phone and play music. Of course there was no music display and I had to get the music going first and I couldn't view it at all while it was plugged in. (Meaning if I wanted to see the song or change to a new playlist I had to unplug it.) But nonetheless I was STOKED to have my iphone music playing. It also charged my phone.
A few months I upgraded to an Iphone 4S, and now when I plug my phone in I can't play ANY music!! (Bluetooth for phone works fine.)
Questions:
1. So I always assumed the cord came with the Prius although I guess the first owner could have put it in? Do that model came with one?
2. Most importantly: How can I play music from my 4S phone the simplest easiest way.....
Camry :: 2010 DVD JBL - Cannot Use Phone Or Even Choose The Menu
I installed from the DVD JBL Camry 2010, the 6th generation. Before that, I had a JBL, but without a monitor. All was fine and everything works, but I can not use the phone. One connector does not come and as I understand it is a microphone / aux. Music on bluetooth plays perfectly. But the phone itself, I can not even choose the menu. Can I buy a adapter for the microphone? Or manual, how can I fix the connector...

Camry :: Paired IPhone 4 To Bluetooth - Speech Command System Stopped Working
My dad just purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry and once we paired my iPhone 4 to the Bluetooth system, the speech command system stopped working.
Did something go wrong during the process? The bluetooth system is working perfectly fine as in the music will play as well as receiving phone calls. However, when I want to pair a second phone to the system, the speech command system wont work and it would just take the screen to the start with it saying "welcome". Normally, it would take you to the setup of pairing a phone, but this time it takes me back to the "welcome" part when you start the car.

2005 Prius with Premium JBL sound system with CD Changer, tape Deck, etc. package 6 with Navigation.
Since it's a 2005 no USB input for my iPhone 4s to play music. I often stream pandora or music that's stored on my phone.
So far I have been connecting my iPhone with cassette adapter to headphone jack. The audio pretty much sucks through this method and FM transmitters are even worse!
What is the best way to connect iPhone 4s to my Prius stereo? What exactly is DICE and how good is the Audio Quality?
I do not use CD change at all! Is changer connected to an Aux. input that I can switch out for a USB input?
Can I just swap out my unit for a later model with USB input? Looking for the best audio quality option.
Ford Audio/Video System :: 2008 - While Plugging IPhone - No Connection To Auxiliary Appear On Radio?
I just purchased a 2008 F-350 and I am trying to get my "line in" plug to connect to my iPhone. When I connect everything my radio says no connection to auxiliary. I am wondering if the plug is bad? And where could I find this plug? Figuring the name out to search is another ???

I just upgraded my 2010 Camry XLE to the 2015 XLE Hybrid this weekend. Couple of issues... How to get the voice activated system to SEND text messages? I can receive and view them through the car display, but can't get them to respond. I get through all the prompts and then upon sending it stops and says it's not supported.
Second, what I need to get for my iPhone 6 Plus in order to use the built in Qi wireless charger that came with my car? Also, where can I get whatever it is I need to attach to my phone?
Camry 2012+ :: 2014.5 - Entune (Non-Nav Radio) Doesn't Keep USB Playlist
I purchased my 2014.5 Camry about two months ago. I have the entune non-nav radio. when using the USB port for music it doesn't keep the play list when I shut the car off then restart it.
For instance I have 10 songs on the USB, when I first start the car it will start from the 1st song and display 1/10 songs. if it is playing the 3rd song and I turn the car off when I restart the car the radio will only play the 3rd song displaying 1/1 and will keep repeating the 3rd song until I go back into the menu and select a song from the list.
On albums, when I shut the car off and restart it will only show the artist which was playing when I shut the car off and will display all songs associated with the artist regardless of how many songs are on the USB.
is this normal or a setting I haven't done?
Gen 3 Prius (Audio/Electronics) :: Radio Is Not Cooperating With Selected Playlist
I have a new 2013 prius Three and lately have been having difficulty with my radio.Within the past week every time I plug my iPhone in to listen to my iPod my controls on my steering wheel work in a weird way.
For example if I am listening to a playlist on my iPhone and want to skip to the next song, when I hit the steering wheel control to do that the radio shows the iPod icon and spins and then just picks a random song from my iTunes library. This also happens when I am listening to pandora through my iPhone. If I hit the next button it stops pandora and switches to my iTunes library even if it isn't open.
Should I be concerned that I have something wrong with my radio. Everything as far as entune works fine. I haven't used navigation in a few weeks so I am not sure of that as of right now.
Golf/GTI VI :: How To Mount IPhone
I'm looking for a mount for my iPhone to use in the car. I would like something that has a positionable arm that plugs into the cigarette lighter and charges the iPhone while it's in there. Whatever it is I would like it to look clean and not have a bunch of wires all over the place. I am aware of the ProClip, but there is no way I'd spend that much money on a mount for the phone.

o I'm at my dealer and I bought my 2011 DBM 6mt 2dr gti about a week and a half ago. I have zero complaints about the car except for one strange small problem. When I play music through my iPhone 4 the volume at least once every ride will completely cut out and the only way to get it bak is to unplug the phone and plug it back in. The song continues to play on the screen yet no volume at all.

I have an 05 Passat and I'm trying to remove the bumper cover so I can get to the crank bolt. I have all the bolts out but cannot get the three clips removed from where the grill attaches to the bumper. I can see them with a flashlight but can't get them released with a screwdrive.
It's not covered in my manual. How do I get them released?
Lexus GS 2013+ :: GS350 AWD - Oil Won't Drain From Attached Plastic Pipe
GS 350 AWD. I use the plastic pipe attached to a tube for draining. Worked fine the first few oil changes, but now it won't drain. The only way I can get it to drain is to leave the pipe attached and very, very briefly start the car and then turn it off. Then the oil pours out as it should. This happened the last time as well. I'm now at about 40,000 miles.

Recently had my windshield replaced due to a stone chip and, as suspected, RES+ antenna could not properly be re-attached to inside of glass. Basically, the adhesive left on the antenna is barely attaching the thin antenna elements. And, one of the antenna elements is so thin there is no way you could neatly apply more adhesive and make it look reasonable.
I suspect, the only proper way to return to original condition is to replace the RES+ antenna assembly, too. I'm pretty sure the antenna on the glass is hardwired to the harness that goes all the way to the control module inside the dashboard, although I hope I'm wrong.
Passat (B5) :: 2002 - Lower Coolant Hose Not Attached To Pipe
I have a 2002 V6 Passat Wagon. I am hemorrhaging coolant out of my lower coolant pipe. I can reach it put my finger in a feel the coolant coming out as fast as I pour it in. I can't see any way to get at the pipe from the top and I can't see the hose that should be attached there from the top. I assume this means the front end will need to be jacked up and go at it from the bottom. Also note the intake and return from the heater in my car is mexi fixed and looped together (no heat).
