Prius (2004-09) :: Visor No Longer Rotates Past Straight Down Position Towards Windshield
The visor no longer rotates past the straight down position toward the windshield. It works fine rotating to the side window and down from its storage position to the straight down position. The passenger visor still works properly. Any fix or should I just order a new visor from the dealer?

I just purchased a 2012 camry se, I have about 900 miles on the car, and today while driving home through light rain,(drove for about 35 mins) when I got home and parked the car in the garage I noticed BOTH of my headlights were fogged up about halfway, starting from the corners facing the front license plate. I sure know this is not normal and it will slowly deteriorate the inside of the headlight.
This is a safety issue because if driving for a long time with the lights on and you suddenly encounter rain and your headlights are having this problem, your bulb most likely crack and you will be in the dark, I had this happened in the past with a nissan.
I Strongly suggest that you take a look at your headlights when you get home after a drive through the rain/fog or maybe after washing your car. I took pictures but not immediately, about one hour after and some condensation was still present, I will head over to my dealer after writing this.
Toyota - Camry :: 1995 - Overheating / Fans Only Work When Put Relays In Halfway?
I know the alternator needs replacing but why are the fan relays not working correctly. Also, the top radiator hose is really hot? I replaced the thermostat as well as the coolant reservoir? I also replaced a couple of the fan relays from my older wrecked Camry. Would the noisy alt that is going out have something to do w/the fans and fan relays not working properly?

2006 camry temp gauge goes past H while car is running at any time. Fan still works anti freeze in radiator anti freeze in reservoir. When take the key out the ignition. Temp gauge drops to the middle(normal position) 15-20 later then gauge drops to C (normal position when key is out ignition). Car runs fine no steam no leaks no funny noises. Car has 68k / 4cycl.

We have an 01 Sport Trac as a backup vehicle and it has the 3 position rotary switch on the dash for 4wd.
The transfer case engages and disengages but the front wheels seem to stay engaged with the front differential.
There are no manual hubs and I really don't think it should ALWAYS be engaged like that.
What is the probable issue and ALSO can manual hubs be installed on this truck?
Someone mentioned vacuum engagement? but I didn't see any vacuum hoses near the spindles. Didn't see any wires either other than ABS...
Camry :: 2003 Camry 2.4L - Cooling / Radiator Fans Stay On All The Time
My 2003 camry LE 4 cyl cooling/radiator fans stay on all the time. As soon as I turn the ignition key both radiator fan start to spin even though the car is cold and not on. I checked all the relays and fuses. Checked the voltage on the coolant sensor harness with ignition switch on, there is no 5v or the green pin is not grounded. I am clueless where to go next.

2005 Camry a/c will not stay charged. Charge it up works about a week then loses Freon. A/C machine finds no problem when pulling vacuum or charging. Is there one place where most 2005's leak their Freon? Can't find any threads listing a major problem other than the blinking A/C light, which mine is fine.

I recently replaced the front wheel well liner on the passenger side. The old one was shredded and I figured it had come loose. I put a new one in and made sure all fasteners are used (bought new fasteners). We just got a 2008 4Cyl with the 5spd auto. Only had it two weeks. When driving 35-45mph, the tranny will shift up into 5th gear and then basically STAY there. As we approach a slight upward grade, the tachometer is stuck at 1200 RPM and the whole car shudders and vibrates as the engine "lugs" down. We find ourselves constantly playing with the gas pedal in order to FORCE the tranny to downshift.
Took it to dealer. They experienced same thing. They said it was "Normal for this model - at this time". They quietly told me they are getting other complaints and look forward to Toyota releasing new programming for the ECU. Three different drivers and rear passengers have quickly remarked about this "sensation" when going up any grade.
We experience this constantly driving here in Maine. Interstate and inner city driving is fine. If we move the gated shifter to "4" - it resolves this problem. Dealer said this is normal. So I actually purchased a "manual" automatic transmission?? Do we just stop whining and retrain ourselves or do you folks think we can look forward to a solution?Our 2004 Camry, 2002 Tundra and our 1999 Solara had wonderful transmissions.
Honda - Cr-v :: 2004 - AC Only Turned Up About Halfway
The AC in our 2004 Honda CRV works fine as long as it's only turned up about halfway. When we turn it up higher than that (and we're on the highway) the cold goes away and we start getting only the fan. On a hot summer day in South Texas, it's VERY obvious when this happens. The Honda dealership here says that we need to replace the "Heater Control Panel".
I asked how they knew that was the problem and they said that they hook it up to something and go step by step checking the system until they get to the problem ... Our heater works fine and the AC actually works fine, as long as the fan is only half-way on. So I'm wondering if there might just be some relay switch or something that needs to be replaced, instead of the whole Heater Control Panel.
Lexus GX 2010+ :: Driver And Front Passenger Seat Headrest Won't Stay Up
The driver and front pax headrest won't stay up on my '11 GX. They have the RSES installed. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but it seems odd that both headrests would experience the same problem. When I raise them, they just fall right down to the lowest position with a thunk.
If I wiggle the passenger one, sometimes it will stay up. It looks like there are a couple of plastic bushings that aren't seated properly, but when I push them down, they just ride up again when I raise the headrest.
I'll take it to the dealer next week, as this should be covered under warranty, but I'd like to know if this is a known issue and if there is anything I can do to prevent it from happening again.
