Camry 2012+ :: Contact Coming From Below Front Portion Of Car While Going Over Speed Bump
I have a 2014 Camry. I went over a speed bump at around 30 MPH, and as the front wheels went up to the top of the speed bump, I heard a definite sound of hard contact coming from below the front portion of the car, possibly near the right wheel. The sound wasn't loud, and it wasn't followed by any other sound. It was just "bump."
The car seemed fine after, and I drove for another five miles or so noticing anything different. I looked under the car, and I didn't see any signs of damage. There was some water condensation dripping down, but I think that's just because I had been using the AC. Do you think I have any reason to worry? What signs should I be on the lookout for?
FYI, the speed bump was one of those wide ones with a gentle curve. It looked like a slight, gradual elevation in the road, and the paint had washed off. So I didn't see it. It wasn't a narrow speed bump that you have to slow down to 10 MPH for.

2012 SE with 4 cylinder 35K miles. When the front wheels go over a speed bump at a couple of miles per hour I get a noise which sounds like something hitting the floor board of the car. It is a loud single thud. Much deeper and louder than a loose seat would make.

Alright, so I got my car aligned about two months ago and ever since then it has started scraping the bottom of my car whenever I go over any form of bump or reach the bottom of a steep hill at a speed higher than 2 mph. Well, about three days ago it started making this clicking sound when I put it into park or come to a complete stop and when I accelerate it makes a grinding sound. I've had this 2012 SE I4 for about 6 months, but since it has been cold, I've noticed that when switching heat to floor vents only mode, that most of the air still flows through the upper vents (I'd estimate about 50% still flows through the upper vents).
I've taken a thermometer and read 80F coming out of top vent and about 60F coming out of the bottom.
When driving my face/body feel like they are on fire but feet still remain cold. Took to the dealer and they said there is a temp/and airflow difference but appears normal.
If this is normal, it is totally different than any other car I've owned. Does most of the air still come out of the upper vents when on floor vent only?
Camry :: Moonroof Slammed Down
i went to open my moonroof the other day and i noticed it slammed down shaking the whole headliner then rolling backwards like normal. only thing i've done to it recently was put a thin layer of grease on the rubber seal so it would stop making so much noise from the body flex; it tilts with no problem and my radar detector is very loud.

I have a 2012 Camry SE I4. The problem is my car speed odometer is faster than my radar detector speed. I have 2 detectors and they are both not show the same speed compare to the speed odometer. For example, I am going 70mph, the detector reads like 67-68mph. So the speed odometer is off about 2-3mph. I have OEM size on my car. I know the GPS on my detector is more accurate. I get an audible clunk/thud noise when I go over a dip or bump in the road. The sound only comes from the passenger side front wheel and only happens once when the car is cold. It almost sounds like a strut mount or something. I've just been living with it but recently the noise has happened when the car is warmed up. The driver side front does not make this sound. So, one of the features in late model Toyota nav systems is supposed to be the ability to have the speed limit displayed. I've come across a bug (admittedly, others have too in other vehicle forums) where the speed limit isn't displayed unless you set a destination. After you do, the speed limit for the road you're on will be displayed if you have it turned on in the options menu. If you reach the destination or delete the destination and continue driving, the speed limit will stay on the screen, as it should have been the entire time. Once you shut off the car and turn it back on, the speed information is gone again. Repeat the destination, then delete, and it's back.
I went on their website and reported the bug last Friday and got a call this morning from Toyota. They are having me bring my car in so someone can inspect it next week. The more squeaky wheels...
For reference, I have a 14.5 with the JBL and nav. I don't know for sure if other years are supposed to have this feature. I found the button in the options button at the top left of the nav screen. '15 Highlander people are having the same problem, and I'd guess the '15 Camrys are as well. I'd guess the software driving the units is pretty close to identical.

How "ECO" mode actually works?
When I first got my new 2012 Camry, I noticed ECO light would come on mostly on the highway when I reached certain speeds, and seemed to come on more when I had air conditioning on.
However, now it seems more often the ECO light is on all the time, even when I come to a complete stops. Just wondering if this is normal or do I need to take it in to be checked out or what?
I know ECO mode works with speeds and air conditioning. I do notice when ECO light comes on, the AC doesn't seem to be as cold.... I want my AC working as cool as possible!!! It's constantly over 100 degrees here in San Antonio in the summer.

I have a 2012 camry se v6, with about 56k miles. It has been lowered on H&R springs since 20k miles. I recently got new rims, but used my old tires. I developed a high speed vibration. I got it aligned twice, and balance twice. But i still can not get rid of this vibration?

Tire screeching noise (the same noise you might hear when traveling at a high rate of speed while turning; as if it's losing grip) when making U-turns or 70-90 degree turns? I notice this every time I make a U-turn or when I'm in parking lots where a higher radius of turning is involved; both at low speeds (probably around 5 mph)
Tires are the Michelins that come from Toyota. Thread is still at least 90% according to my previous service record about 4 months ago and I don't see any abnormal wear on the tires themselves. On another note, I have these same tires on a 2010 Sienna and they do not make any of the noises as stated above.
Camry 2012+ :: Coasting To A Stop And Speed Gets To About 27 MPH - Transmission Downshifts
I've noticed that when I'm coasting to a stop and my speed gets to about 27 MPH, the transmission downshifts (RPMs increase) until I reach about 22 MPH. I'm not applying the brakes at the time.
It's a bit annoying as it sometimes bleeds off just enough speed that I need to accelerate to reach the point I was planning to stop at. Is this normal?
Camry 2012+ :: Jerking Forward When Apply Brake At Low Speed
When applying brake in a traffic at low speed, I found there is a jerking movement forward of the car. I need to apply harder so the car can stop completely. No problem at high speed on highway though.
