Camry 2012+ :: Range Of Lighting From 6000k 55w HID?
How is the range of the lighting from these 6000k 55w HID? I feel like they don't light far enough, just got them today.
Also are these two beams of light normal for HIDs? In person, they look a lot more pronounced than they appear in this picture...
Camry 2012+ :: Lighting On The Shift Console Is Dim
My lighting on the shift console (P,N,R, D) is really dim.
Can it be replaced with low wattage LEDS?
AND, is that part of the console difficult to R&R, or a major disassembly?
Ford Excursion :: Headlight Bulbs Are Not Lighting
I installed new headlights today and the headlight bulbs are not lighting. When I turn the headlight's on the high beam indicator remains lit no matter if the high beams are on or not. I should note that this style headlight has a separate bulb for low and high beams. I am skeptical that all four headlight bulbs are bad. Is it possible the wiring for the connector is not correct?

So I noticed that my interior lights do not come on at all when I unlock the car, stop the car, turn it off, etc. If I push the map lamps directly they come on and stay on but don't shut off when driving. I have the front door lamp set on the in and out positions but nothing makes the interior lights come on unless I push the map lamps or the front room lamp button. Am I missing something here? Or is it possible the front door lamp switch is not working?

I recently just bought a 99 Passat wagon and none of the interior lights (dome/vanity/passenger lights) work and the sunroof does not operate. I checked the fuses and bulbs, all are good. Is there some where else I should be looking before I break down and buy a voltmeter?

Past week I have noticed a flicker on all lighting (head/taillights, interior lights) on my '06 Sonata (4cyl). Seems to be an intermittent problem, as one time in three there is no flicker, and everything seems to be fine.
Yesterday, when pulling into my driveway, I momentarily lost all lighting/radio/fan for what seemed to me a full second and a half before everything "came back on".
I've checked fuses, battery cables (batty is new, 6mos)... Is this alternator related? What else should I be looking at? My Sonata has been bulletproof. No mechanical issues whatsoever....
Lexus GS 2006-11 :: Interior Lights Not Lighting Up At Night
These interior buttons light(sunroof open, close, up down and spot, on, off, spot)are not lighting up at nite when i turn on the head lights. Are they supposed to be off or something that dealer can customize it to be on/off option such as DRL lights.

2009 Lexus GS350 ... My interior lighting sucks on this car. There is LED lighting currently installed into the car but its not very bright. Also, there is no dome lighting other than what is in the back seat so when it gets dark out at night it gets very tough to see.

I just recently purchased a 06 250 crew and I don't have any interior lights except for the map lights. Nothing that I do makes the lights come on. There is no fuses being shown for the lights either. I pulled the drivers side door panel off and there isn't any wiring for a socket to work in the panel. Am I missing something? All the searches that I have done aren't telling me much.

I just took delivery of a 2012 Prius V - III yesterday and went out to drive it at night for the first time tonite. After setting the overhead switch to auto to make the interior lights come on when opening the door or unlocking the car, I noticed that I couldn't find the shift lever after the interior lights when out. I know where it is, but it was not illuminated and I had to feel around for it. Is the lever supposed to be illuminated and if so is the light internal to the shifter or is the shifter supposed to be illuminated from the overhead console or the dash?

Just bought a 2002 Camry XLE V6 (86.6k miles) with JLB Premium Sound Package from a dealer. Works great during the day, but no night time illumination.
Don't know if related but previous owner had "A/C LIGHT IS BLINKING AND IS INOP" repaired at 75.1K miles.
Cannot talk with previous owner, but good maintenance records provided.
Am considering aftermarket NAV system if current audio system fails.
Camry :: 2004 - The Halos And Led Fog Lights Aren't Lighting Up?
I just got projector lamps with Halos and LED fog lights for my 2004 Camry I tapped all the wires for the halo and the led fog lights to the parking light. Did it correctly, positives to positive and grounds to ground. However The halos and led fog lights aren't lighting up. I tested and it is getting power but I suspect its because the parking lights get 6v and only get 12v for the turn signal.
how to wire these? Maybe straight to the battery with a switch?
